The staff was super courteous and friendly. There were four on staff the day we order the 2 for pizza deals and waited for them. It was so nice to see the four employees talking to each other, cleaning chairs as people left, made up pizza boxes and helped each other. Five stars to Duncan Local Pizza. So good and fresh.

Kindly ensure an order pick-up sign is clearly displayed to avoid confusion for those standing in line to place orders. This will help prevent misunderstandings about why someone picking up an order is served ahead of them. Unfortunately, I had a negative experience today when a rude individual, making a racist remark, insisted that I stay in line even though I was only there to pick up my order. It ruined my weekend.

I completely screwed up my pizza order and it had nothing at all to do with the lovely folks behind the counter. They were so kind and considerate and more than understanding. The pizza is great too! Don't pass this place up! I will come here every time I am in Duncan.

I'm just not a fan of the veggie pizzas and meat pizzas being stored on the same plates under the warner. when I go get a couple veggie slices they are always mixed in with the meat pizzas, everytime. (Nanaimo Bruce Avenue location) it's the only place I've seen do that! I can go get slices elsewhere and they'd be on their own plate and not mixed with the meat pizzas.
