Usually we go the McDonald’s in Walmart because it’s always fresh and staff are friendly. BUT we decided head to the location on trans Canada highway, my fries 2/3 times were cold and I had animal like hair on AND in my Mc crispy. I was disgusted. I will gladly tell my family and friends to head to the Walmart location lmao

When someone asks for extra ketchup for two meals, putting more than one packet would seem reasonable. Apparently the staff at this McDonalds hate sharing the condiment.

Drove all the way from Mill Bay at 2am to get spicy habanero and when I went back home and guess what I saw - they gave me a random ass burger with ranch in it. They just making anything and giving. Had to drive all the back to return it.
Owner this is for you - Can you please do us a favor and shut down your store, have you looked at the reviews. Seems like nobody is happy with the service you're providing. Let some other management come and provide better service.

Well I went in this morning, as I normally do, for my coffee.
I watched as three cars had their order taken repeatedly, but alas I was still waiting.
It wasn’t until I basically said “HELLO” that my order was taken.
Very disappointing service.

Just went through the drive thru terrible assistance. I requested 5 meals with large fries simply get 5 medium. The young lady who passed me food was so discourteous when I ask her for large fries rather than medium she hollered at me and expressed check your receipt out. I won't ever go in macdonald's from this point forward.
I spent $43.00 yesterday on a take out. I told the female employee that I had a bag. When I got home, the tew apple pies that I paid for were not there. In addition, I was charged $.25 for a bag. I spent a half hour phoning that location, but nobody answered the phone and no voicemail. My wife emailed a complaint. We will see if she gets a response. We should not have to go through this as it was their error. We live 15 minutes away. This is terrible service all the way around. I will NOT return to this location ever again!

Gave us burnt coffee... went back to get fresh coffee. They gave us fresh hotter coffee... somehow still burnt. Probably just their system is running too hot. I've never had a fresh triple triple burn my tongue before. But I have now.

Went ther asked for milkshake some how got smoothie taste like crap and kids meal fries are ice cold my son won’t touch it. I called 3 times and all 3 times it rang for about 1:30 mins and got hung up on. Really crap customer service and no care on ensuring customers get what they paid for! If I didn’t drive all the way home with a hangry toddler I’d go back but I can’t and sure enough no one will answer their phone.

It's a McDonald's. The major thing is the area is overrun by crackheads and nothing ever seems to be done about them. While I'm sympathetic to the staffing issue...those coming in to order are outright ignored. When you order by kiosk it takes 20 minutes+ to get food and its cold or raw. No ice in the machines nothing. This is terrible even for McDonald's. Time to update. The staff are vastly over paid. Don't listen to orders and when they do...they forget things that are paid for. Not sure how they stay in operation.
