Wow great staff....made a mistake at the kiosk after it bugged out and ordered twice accidentally. After both meals were made the manager was verry understanding and refunded me no questions asked. Thank you!

In top of the mediocre food and constant mistakes, it's the only '24/7' option in town. The app let me place an order just for both pick up lanes to be blocked off when arriving(and it wasn't even close to breakfast hours).
This is not the first time it's happened, from 12-3:30am. Not sure why the Duncan store has to lie. If you're short staffed, just change to a daytime only location and stop wasting customer time. It's been like this for nearly 2 years. Hot mess.

The worst Big Mac ever... slathered with goopy lettuce... no green just lemon yellow lettuce... goop ( used to be special sauce) which overwhelmed the entire burger.... cheeze?? Not even sure if there was cheese, just a horrid mess.

It's a McDonald's! This one was clean and the food was fresh.
Classic McDonald’s spot that’s reliable for a quick bite. Food is consistent with what you’d expect and service is fairly quick. The place is clean with enough seating and the drive thru is convenient if you’re in a hurry. Good stop if you’re around Duncan and just want something fast and familiar.

The food there is good (I don't recommend the poutine though), the service is good, it's not too loud, and everyone on the street there is pretty chill; they keep to themselves, they're not threatening, they're just chill👍 Overall pretty good!
