Do not use credit cards at this location, they are scamers and over charge customers. I buy the same thing for my dad , cheese burger which is 4.45 usually. Got my statement and I was charged 16.02 for 4.46 Singal cheese Burger . Never going to use my credit card there again.

Crazy long wait for not a complicated order, caused me to be really late getting to the bnb as it was a drive to Nanaimo from Duncan and had another job to do in between not to mention the standing waiting for the order caused my plantar fasciitis to act up. Don't go here

The food wasn’t bad, but the woman who took my order didn’t ask if I wanted any condiments. After I realized I wanted some, there was a huge line. When I asked, I was told I had to wait in line again and pay $0.40 for mayo.
As a business owner, I know that if I’d made the mistake of not asking a customer any questions about their order, I would’ve just given them the mayo—especially so they could enjoy their food while it was still hot. Sometimes, good service means focusing on the bigger picture, not the 40 cents.

Ordered a regular poutine and got served the spicy maple bacon one. Went to get it exchanged for what I actually ordered but the lady just added more maple sauce on top......
Every time I order a burger with extra pickles, I never get extra pickles :(

Ordered a medium Orange Guava Smoothie and they ran out of product in the machine. Staff asked me if I wanted to cancel the order or wait a few minutes to reload the machine. I chose the later and a few minutes later they had my smoothie with a free upgrade to a larger size. Now that’s service! Kudos to the staff at the McDonald’s in the Duncan Walmart.
