Always the place to go for a casual but upscale eating experience, whether for lunch or dinner. Love hitting them up for the drinks and catch a game on the tv's. The sirloin bites are an addiction on their own. Staff always go out of their way to make a great experience and my vegetarian daughter always gets spoiled. Duncan location is clean, awesome to hang out in and a must when in the cowichan valley. Way more than the old Mr Mikes we grew up knowing.

First time at Mikes. Had the filet mignon and lobster tail. Ordered steak medium rare. Everything was delicious and perfect portions.

Came in for a DELICIOUS, juicy filet mignon cooked to perfection.
Chamron had great customer service and Tracy took the time during a busy dinner rush to tell me the benefits of the Mr Mikes rewards App and got to know us! Fabulous! Love it. Great date night 👏🏻

We had been discussing how I missed having a Mr Mikes in our town and my sister in law mentioned there was still one in Duncan so that is what brought us down here.

All time favorite place for burgers.... only place that have the yummy garlic toast burger bun...it's a shame the steak fries are in the past now... but still my favorite burger place...staff should definitely be versed in compassion as I witnessed the kitchen staff being amazingly rude to a couple sitting in the shade across the alley....maybe they should be put in their shoes for a day....don't judge! We're all equal! Just get back in the kitchen and keep up the good work cooking yummy food.... one of those ppl managed a mr mikes just in case you didn't know.

I was very disappointed with the entire experience tonight. Upon arrival, we saw a sign at the door stating that there was no steak available due to the hot weather. That was understandable, so I planned to order either the chicken or half ribs instead. However, I was told that chicken was also unavailable—again due to the heat—and the grill was not in use. Additionally, there was no option to order half ribs in the system.

I ended up ordering the cheeseburger, which was so greasy I could only manage a few bites. While the staff did remove the burger from my bill (albeit reluctantly), also stating I had half of it - they still charged me for the substitute meal (bruschetta).

I mentioned several times, to different staff members including the manager, that the sign at the entrance should be updated to reflect that chicken was also unavailable—not just steak—but no action was taken.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I hope this feedback helps improve communication and customer service moving forward.

I want to add that the manager and I e mailed quite a few times to discuss this evening - and she wrote a very nice note and sent me a gift card to make up for this night. I look forward to trying Mr. Mike's again soon.
