I really enjoyed my order: zucchini noodles with peanut sauce. It was a lot of food, enough for 3 meals. Delicious and the staff was really nice.

Order from noodle box all the time, recently the size of their boxes has shrunk significantly, at least 25%. They've also reduced the amount of sauce and meat they put in them which wasn't very much to begin with. Food tastes ok but not for the amount it costs and how little you get now. I know this is likely a company issue and not the fault of the franchise owner but still a shame to be ripped off and left hungry after

I order from Noodle Box all the time. I'm Celiac and they have a bunch of gf options, and I've never had a reaction. Their service is so fast, the staff is super friendly and the food quality is consistently amazing.
Vegetarian options: Many of the bowls are veggie without protein added, but they have tofu as well.
Dietary restrictions: Separate list of GF options, haven't had a reaction.

Extremely disappointing. We ordered the ginger beef for take out with 2 extra orders of beef (which cost an addition $10). Not only did we not receive the extra beef we ordered it came with little to no sauce. Not the first time we’ve encountered this. We won’t be ordering in future.

The flavor is excellent. I got drunken noodle with crispy tofu. Great except for crispy tofu, which was hard. My friend got garlic bean with crispy tofu and same issue. My husband got spicy peanut with prawn - great except texture of carrots (minor). Still going back, but no more crispy tofu.

Just wanted to say thank you! Back in March 2024, we received an order that was not what we ordered. We called in to let management know and we were given a future order for free, based on our word alone. Thank you Kalput!
Today we called in that order, August 2024, 5 months later. We received for free, two boxes of food and both our meals were delicious! Highly recommend Noodle Box in Duncan ? great service, delicious food and honorable people.
Absolutely nothing like it use to be. No sauce and no flavor!!! Twice now I've been disappointed and now won't return.

Delicious vegan options and very friendly staff who are very knowledgeable and helpful with the menu. All items that can be made vegan are clearly labelled, but make sure to confirm with the staff that you would like it vegan as some dishes may contain fish oil.

The staff are great and have skill with a Wok. I ordered the Spicy Peanut Noodle Box, with fried tofu and BBQ pork, and the "scorching" spicy option. It was delicious and creamy. Very spicy. Every bite made me suffer and it was worth it for the flavour.
