Food was great but the customer service not so much. They didn’t scan my app and said come back another time and they can scan it. When I asked for water they said it’s over there!

We had just come off the road after a long drive and desperately needed a washroom. After being rudely denied at Starbucks, we were not optimistic. However, the gentleman who came out to greet us instantly gave us the code, along with a big smile. We had brought a picnic lunch, so we're not planning to eat out, otherwise I definitely would have just based on this experience. I'm definitely stopping by next time I'm in Duncan...which is often.

We went into Starbucks just looking for a bathroom, and we're denied because we didn't purchase. So we went in here and the gentleman willingly gave us the code, no questions asked. If I'm ever back in Duncan and looking for a place to eat I will probably go here because he was extremely friendly. Thank you for the bathroom use.

Fantastic ambience and great service. Owner is so down to earth and humble. Delicious varieties with yummy taste. I celebrated my son’s 7th birthday and the guests were so happy with the ambience and food. Definitely a place to drop in to satisfy your cravings. Thank you Sir for your kind support and amazing options of food you helped us to choose for our guests.

Disappointing living out of town and driving in to pickup dinner just to get home and see they didnt put any protein on. Paid an extra $5 for it and its a 20 minute drive. Disappointing service.

I really enjoyed my order: zucchini noodles with peanut sauce. It was a lot of food, enough for 3 meals. Delicious and the staff was really nice.

This was my first time eating at the Duncan location and I was very disappointed. My order was ready on time so they get credit for that but my spicy peanut noodle dish was less than appetizing. The chunks of tofu were too big, there was so much sauce it was like a mushy noodle soup. The peanut sauce had an unusual flavour as well. It just wasn’t good. The kitchen was also very messy. I won’t be going back. They won’t stay open long at this rate.

Ordered from here tonight. Food was typical, just ok not great. That’s not my issue. I bit into a metal staple in my food! Ok, things happen. I called to report it and the fellow who answered the phone spoke good English until I mentioned the problem. Then he no longer speaks or understands English. What crap! I just wanted to let the know!!! I will never go back there again nor will I recommend that franchisee to anyone! I have eaten at several Noodlebox outlets and never been insulted like that!!
