I ordered and when I went to pick up I sat waited to pay for my food like 15 minutes. EVERYONE!!! saw me but none came to say one moment or even a hi. my food was just sitting out and by time I got it and got home it was cold and soggy!! ????I almost wasn't going to leave a tip but I was raised to tip and be kind. so I just paid and left. even tho I was not happy.

Original Joe's is one of the good ones, the food is great and the atmosphere is always pleasant. I've had some longer wait times for food in the last year or 2 which is the only reason I am giving Service 4 stars. Once the food arrives it's delicious, but could be 30-60 minutes. I recently had an unpleasant experience with a meal there (which has only happened twice in over 100 visits), however the manager Taylor was absolutely incredible. She handled the situation properly and navigated us to a resolution that will have me going back in a few days to spend more of my hard earned money on a quality meal. If there's any issues with your experience they will do their best to make it right, and that's all you can ask. Hats off to Taylor, she really saved the day and they're absolutely lucky to have her there. Definitely recommend.
