I usually order a panago pizza with vegan cheese when I need a quick and easy lunch for me and my 2 kids and don't want to pay for an artisan pizza. They just switched to a new vegan cheese and it is awful. Awful texture, awful taste, and looks disgusting. I won't be ordering again.

Well… I ordered 2 large pizzas and I was so disappointed to see that one of them had bacon on it- even though I specifically asked if there was bacon. I was not expecting much when I called to ask if they could help.
They totally fixed it! They said NO PROBLEM, and immediately sent out a bacon-free pizza and even gave us a coupon for a future order for our troubles. 🙌🏻
They exceeded my expectations on fixing this for us. 🥲
We were able to give the wrong pizza to our neighbours and it made their night,

Dealing with call center was horrendous. Offer promotions online that they won't honor. No value in customers and no way to contact store for alternate options. Will never order from here again if the only way is through people with terrible customers service skills. My 5 year old son has better problem solving and respect for others.
