Went to Duncan location to order take out they gave me the menu made me wait for 15 min to take my order, and then they tell me that I have to wait for one hour to order 2 rolls that is insane. They should have told me that since the begging and the woman there who seems run the place doesn’t seem to care about service at all.

I can’t get enough of that lemon grass pork. The pho is always hot and flavourful. I love Pho Vuong!!! It’s my favorite place to visit when we’re in Duncan. The lemonade was a perfect balance.

The tofu veggie stir fry was absolutely delicious! We had such a great experience today. Even with our larger group, everything came out perfectly and everyone loved their meals. The chef clearly knows what they’re doing, and the servers were incredibly attentive. We’re in Nanoose, but we’ll definitely make a point to stop in anytime we’re in Duncan!

Unfortunately, this place has the worst and rudest service I’ve experienced, even though it’s in a great location.

The waitress is consistently unfriendly every time we visit. I’ve tried to overlook it in the past, but our last few experiences were unacceptable — especially the most recent one, which made us decide never to return.

They also reuse limes and bean sprouts. One time, I was served a lime that had already been used. When I brought it up, the waitress admitted they reuse the plate if the previous table didn’t touch everything. In my case, the table before us had used the lime but not the sprouts, so they just handed me the same plate. That’s unsanitary and gross.

To make things worse, when they made a mistake with my takeout order, they refused to take responsibility. Instead of apologizing, they kept saying, “We never make mistakes.” I couldn’t return right away because I have a baby and toddlers, so I took a photo of the wrong dish and ate what I was given. A few days later, I brought the photo back, and the chef just laughed and said, “The photo is unclear — I don’t think we made a mistake.” No apology, just rudeness. The waitress was just as unfriendly as always.

That experience made it clear to me: I will never eat food prepared or served by people who treat customers this way.

Honestly, it’s totally worth driving a bit further to Green Leaf Bistro or Saigon Subs — both places have much better service and treat their customers with respect.
