No business in Canada that cares about their customers less than them and associates kfc and Taco Bell. Completely Muslim run, can’t contact them at all, phone numbers that don’t work and invalid emails. Too many other fast food options to ever spend another penny at any of these sorry places.

Miss the days when Pizza Hut had real Canadian workers who cared about the product and service. Now? Terrible quality of customer care and disgusting production. I don’t even want to know what happens in the kitchen now after seeing who works behind the counter

Absolutely terrible. We ordered two large vegetarian pizzas. I knew we were in trouble when I saw them using meat pans and meat cutting utensils. We got them home and they were unedible. The dough was soggy, vegetables old, sauce pathetic. Threw them out. Not run by anyone who can make a decent product. Run away from this place.

Very rude staff refused to fulfill my carry out order because they stated they close 10 mins before their hours shut down? And refused to make my food even though they confirmed it online. Said they have to leave right at 11 but if already paid for I’m just out of luck? No helpfulness at all the kid couldn’t care less about it just kept saying yeah idk that’s the rules.

The workers at Pizza Hut did an excellent job with both taking and preparing my order. They were friendly, patient, and made sure everything was correct before placing the order. The pizza came out fresh, perfectly cooked, and exactly how I requested it. Their attention to detail and great customer service really made the experience enjoyable.

Went to this location, asked the cashier if I could get the pizza of the day special by ordering in store or did I have to order online. Was told I could order it instore. This was an outright lie!! As a result of ordering in store I was charged almost 20% more for the items. I would have happily ordered online if the cashier was honest about it. I highly do not recommend ordering from this store ever. I tried to contact the store and Pizza Hut but was not able to get a response by either party. Horrible customer service and low customer value. They obviously do not need return customers so don’t give them any.
