The beer is great, the service is great, the chicken is great. I mean, not BEEF DIP GREAT, but it was ok.
Worth the drive a few times a month from the big city
Amazing beer and great place to enjoy with friends and family
Blue cheese & pear pizza is 10/10
Beer also slaps.
Great beer. Average wings.
Delicious beers, great vibes. Fantastic patio area and the owners are such a pillar in the community. Great people to work with.
Great patio, great beer šŗ, great food and great service!
Not sure of the rules for seating but have been several times and sat myself.
Today we came and sat down as usual but received no acknowledgment or greeting from waitstaff for about 25 minutes, at which point we left.
I did not see any signs saying āwait to be seatedā or ācheck in at frontā
Thank you Red Arrow for, being a part of the beautiful Cowichan Valley!!!
Good place. Friendly staff. Great happy hour. Good events as well. Close to the highway.

This is one of our FAVOURITE brewpubs when we come every other month from the Okanagan! The beer is so incredibly refreshing and our favourite is the Old Style Lager! We stalk up every time and all our company/friends Love this beer! The only thing is, you canāt buy it anywhere but the brewery so thatās too bad as we would most definitely support this company if they sold it elsewhere. Thank you Akshay for your wonderful and friendly service we had a great evening and you were very kind! We will be back for wings!
Good food. My hubby loved the Brute sandwich. Service was good. Friendly but lacking some knowledge of the menu. Atmosphere was great. Stopped by for a quick lunch during the week. I'd recommend.
Popped into Red Arrow Brewing for the $10 Growler Monday and decided to grab some lunch. Even though itās not the first time eating here, it was the first time trying the burger. We ordered the Bullseye Burger with fries along with a pint of the Laketown Light Beer. The burger was very tasty and favourable, the Laketown Light beer was refreshing, and the service great. The only disappointment - the fries had too much salt. Instead of returning them to the kitchen to fix we opted to drown them in vinegar and ketchup but the next time I will ask for unsalted and unseasoned fries. This way I can add how much salt I want on my food. Itās still a good lunch for the price, service and atmosphere.
Visited Red Arrow last night for my birthday, little did we know it was music bingo and completely packed in there but they made room for us and even sang me happy birthday( at my friends request, could have done with out but oh well) all in all amazing staff and amazing atmosphere. Definitely will be back!! Our server was amazing & always ready with our next beer!!!
Food was good. My server was nice too. Went there for a birthday dinner and food took forever to come out. There was a mix up on meals, forgotten fries.. wrong burger that got eaten and had to wait for another to come outā¦. Took 30 minutes for mom in law to get a drink. And before we knew it their event was about to start - music bingo or whatever it was. People by the door (inside) were staring us with annoyed looks, my kind server asked us to start paying our bills. Partner went up immediately to go pay but then had to wait 10 minutes for them to sort it out⦠No offer to compensate for any of the mistakes (which we would have declined anyways). Generally felt very uncomfortable watching everyone eat while I waited for my burger, and then again when their event was beginning. No one else working there had a smile on their face. Customer service (other than my server) is a 1 star to me. just seemed unorganized and unhappy staff- maybe from the time crunch. My recommendation to avoid things like this happening is to either a) prioritize your party reservation so you can get them out sooner and/or b) donāt allow reservations on the same day as an event - or make it 3 hours before minimum. Typical dining time is 1-2 hours, but with delays and a reservation/party it should be a big money maker for you. Half hour for a drink from someone who would have had much more is a loss in business.
