I did enjoy the bowl of Pho, it was odd having the bean sprouts served in a plastic bag, instead of on a side plate.. I am used to having Thai basil as a side aswell, this is the only place that has not served it with the pho. Also there were little containers in the plastic bag for a small portion of hot sauce and hoisin…I did not order takeout, I ate in… I think it would be less wasteful to just have hoisin and hot sauce at the tables. I probably won’t go back, I’d like...

We discovered Saigon Subs from an annual craft fair in Nanaimo. We bought several of the frozen soup kits that they were selling and were hooked. Whenever we are in Duncan we stock up on more as they make for a delicious, nourishing lunch.
The owners are very kind and friendly. They go above and beyond with service and helpfulness.

stopped by for a quick lunch randomly found on google maps while on a road trip

the pork banh mi is one of the best i've had - the bread was the highlight; soft and crunchy
and the summer rolls was super fresh too

would highly recommend
