Extremely disappointing experience at this Starbucks location. We were told our drinks would take 10–15 minutes, but ended up waiting nearly 40 minutes. When we asked about the delay, we were told they had online orders to deal with first.

It’s frustrating that there seems to be no value placed on walk-in customers. What made the situation worse was the complete lack of acknowledgment or apology from the staff for giving us an inaccurate timeframe and making us wait so long.

Very poor customer service and no accountability. Based on this experience, we won’t be returning to this location again.

Everytime I come to this Starbucks I’m appalled by the standard of cleanliness, dirty floors, dirty countertops, garbage/recycling overflowing. This is not a one off it’s every time I’ve visited this location. I worked at Starbucks for years and know this doesn’t meet their standards. Also incredibly slow service usually takes 20 minutes to get your order and that’s with doing a mobile order and ordering ahead. The layout of the store is terrible and staff have to go back and forth to the end for mobile orders, it’s too bad it’s one of the only two Starbucks in the area.

Such a poorly laid out store, I got cut in line by an employee because not even they know how the store is set up. Very poor experience every time I've been here

I pre-ordered my drink, and it took 22 minutes for it to be ready. Ridiculous wait for one drink.

this starbucks is the worst one in the vicinity! it takes so damn long to get a drink even when it’s not that busy. a little more hustle from the staff and it would be fine but it seems there just straight unmotivated. ordered a coffee and a breakfast sandwich and i’ve been standing here for nearly 25 miniutes along with 4 other patrons. do better starbucks!

A Challenging Experience During a Busy Period
I visited this Starbucks when it was moderately busy and saw the crowd start to pick up. Unfortunately, what should have been a quick stop turned into a challenging experience. We ended up waiting about 20 minutes for our drink, and when we finally got it, the order was incorrect. Given the long wait we had already endured, we didn't want to get back in line to have it remade. It seemed like the staff was overwhelmed by the sudden rush, and I even heard one employee say she was ready to quit. While I understand that things can get hectic, this was not the quality of service I've come to expect.

I just wanted to give a big shoutout to Sam at Starbucks! Every time I come in, Sam greets customers with the warmest, most beautiful smile—it instantly brightens the whole place. It's the kind of genuine friendliness that makes you feel welcome and appreciated. Great service, positive energy, and always a great start to the day. Thanks, Sam, for making my coffee run something to look forward to!

It took 14 minutes to get an iced coffee here. As a partner for over 4 years I know it’s already brewed and ready. There were more baristas in there than customers. I hope all the baristas are ok in there because no one seemed to want to be there.

The slowest Starbucks I have ever seen in my entire life. When we went in there were 2 people in front of us, 4 people working and it took over 25 minutes to get 2 drinks. Astounding
