Ordered a TRENTA sized Mando Dragonfruit...there was soooo much ice I only got 3 drinks out of it and it was done! I've ever had this problem...I know in drive-thru you can request light ice on Doordash I don't have that option but calling the supervisor she seemed to think it was but saying that was the standard amout of ice...not good! I tried putting in for a refund but was denied! I don't like that I paid the $7.85 + tax and got 3 drinks! I've ordered online before and always had the right amount of ice even with the no 'light ice' option but this time it was awful..almost to the rim! Do better Starbucks! You make enough money to not rip people off!

My friend and i went in just wanting to use the bathroom. We were asked if we had made a purchase. We hadn't, since we just needed a bathroom. I think Starbucks makes enough money from all their patrons to allow someone to use the bathroom. The noodlebox next door was very willing to allow us to use theirs. This is yet another reason I will never be a patron of Starbucks.
This is the only location to deny me the washroom unless I made a purchase! I explained I’ve had a Starbucks card since 2011; a customer since 1995.This greyhair woman required a washroom. No Go! This is Canada, not the USofA. I will use up monies left on my card…then shred it. Bye bye.

I clearly ordered the Frappuccino shown on the left, but the stupid waiter ordered the one shown on the right.
Utterly the WORST Starbucks I have ever been too! Standing inline for 20 mins for 2 drinks, is utterly ridiculous! Unpersonable staff, at till! No hi, nothing just what do want to order, looked disgruntled and shes far too slow in helping people. Barista tells me 2 coffees are mine, and I'm thinking no I order larger ones. Tells me my stars are going to expire soon ( Sept) and when I say no I'll pay, she huffs as if I've inconvenienced her to run my credit payment instead!
Bathroom utterly appalling, looked like no one had checked on it for hours. 4 people staffed there, 2 working. Allowed employee to cut in and place order out of line. If I'd read the reviews as many have pointed out the same faults, I would've forfeited the stars and gone to the Save On instead at the mall. At least the employee there is friendly, and actually cares to serve you, with a smile.
Get it together at this location, with better management and get rid of those who dont care to be there, they are making a paycheck sure, but they are a disservice to the location with their attitudes and slow service!
Way better service, in Victoria at several locations!
I've been in this industry for years, and no deserves this treatment as a customer! Appalling, I'll never come back to this location again, if I'm in Duncan.
