Been a few times and the people who work there are very nice and the drinks are about what you can expect from Starbucks I just wish there was a better indicator for how long you’ll have to wait after placing an order because a few times it’s seemed fairly slow inside only for me to put my order in and have to wait over 15 minutes making me late or forcing me to leave my drink behind and wasting my moneyOverall okay just had some unfortunate days there

This location used to be decent... Until they got some new and very slow employees. Often you have to give them at least 15-30 minutes for a mobile order. If you're planning on waiting in the regular line better bring some good reading material. Been thinking of taking up a new hobby, like crochet or miniature boat models? Now is the time.

Most of the staff are miserable and need to be retrained on how to talk with customers (Miranda is amazing). Service is super slow (as in waiting 20 minutes for a single latte; at Beverly the longest ive waited is 7min and they also have a drive thru). staff on bar will put their coworkers break drinks in front of paying customers. One of the worst if not the worst locations I’ve ever been and others I’ve talked to agree. To my understanding the manager has been with the company for many many years so what’s going on with that?

If i could give 0 stars i would. Waited over 20mins and they kept putting my order off cause mobile orders kept coming in. Mobile orders are more important to them then customers in store.Service is garbage got a refund and left. Wouldnt recommend to go to this starbucks
