Josiah was extremely helpful to help me choose a new drink! i was trying to decide what drink when he came up and helped me. he was not in uniform, so i thought he was just a helpful customer. turns out he took time before he started his shift to help me. the drink he helped me chose was amazing! he even ordered it for me as it was confusing!

Visited here for the first time in probably a year as I received a gift card. What a dump. The place was filthy, and has zero atmosphere. Purchased a cappuccino; cappuccino isn’t even showing in the menu - strange. Starbucks is not the same as 20 years ago that’s for sure, it screams “fast food” now.
On our way to Victoria today & stopped by for coffee & breakfast sandwiches. This location is super busy but the staff deserve a shout out- so friendly, patient & kind- even laughing with each other. So nice to see!
