What the heck? We ordered three beverages. After a long while two were placed on the counter for us. After another while we mentioned that we were waiting for a third. The barista said that yes they had that drink order but some remote orders came in and get priority. Seriously Starbucks? You have the people at the counter waiting but bump part of their order for remote orders? So if I stood there and placed the order with my phone I would have recieved my drinks faster...and all together? That's kinda BS and definitely terrible service.

Left without our drink - a tall decaf latte, nothing complicated - after waiting 15 minutes. Made us late for appointment. Appears drive-thru is being served first. While 6 or 7 of us waited by the barista, only three drinks came out. $5 down the drain.

Pick up order.... Holy moly!! Let's get it together! Waited for my beverage that was sitting behind the counter for well over 10 min past the expected time. 🙄 maybe TRY to get the orders together so customers aren't waiting for no reason..... AND THEN YOU EXPECT A TIP?

They don’t follow Starbucks code of conduct. They aren’t very nice and are so slow. Drink is often made wrong would avoid going here waste of money and time

Two people stood at the till while all four disengaged staff behind the counter did not acknowledge them and continued to serve the drive thru. I got here at 6:50 for a dark roast and I am still waiting. At least acknowledge your patrons and say ‘hey we are going to be about 20 minutes, do you mind using the drive thru?’ Or serve them, maybe. When one asked the other if they had been served, he replied ‘no’ and then suggested to use the drive through. Suddenly someone who was unpacking a box came to the serve him. The manager is working as well. It’s the only drive thru in Duncan and I believe the worst service, and most poorly run I’ve been in. It’s now 7:10…no joke.

Although the staff are so kind. This is the slowest Starbucks on the island. If the app says 6-8 minutes. Be prepared for a 20 minute wait. I recommend going through the drive through, never trust the in store pick up.

I stopped at this Starbucks on a road trip to fill water, the Barista refused to give me tap water without a purchase. Apparently is a new store policy. This feels like an inhumane policy, and I will not be buying from any Starbucks again. This is a reminder to shop local and don’t give your money to corporations that do things like this.

Quite possibly the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. Actually in disbelief about how terrible the service was. We ordered 3 drinks and customised 2 of them (which is allowed at every Starbucks ever) and the barista, named Ankit, flat out said no. The drink was a matcha oat latte with 2 pumps of pecan syrup and pecan crunch on top. Seems simple enough to make (and would be totally okay to order through the app) but he said it's not possible. When we asked why, he said he didn't think it would be a good drink. First, when did Starbucks baristas judge the drink you wanted and second, prevent you from ordering that drink just because they themselves don't like it? We clarified that one of us actually did order that exact same drink the day before on the app and it tasted great, but Ankit wouldn't let it go and kept saying it would be too sweet, he's never tried it, he doesn't want any complaints, etc. So we tried to appease whatever issue he was having with this drink by suggesting maybe putting the crunch topping on the side. At that point, the manager, Heather, overheard and came over. She explained in an impatient and condescending tone that they can't just give out toppings on the side and was not listening to us clarifying that we were only making this suggestion to try to calm down her employee who kept criticizing the drink (which he shouldn't have been doing in the first place). Then after the drinks were made, we noticed that the ingredients on the 3rd drink was made incorrectly from what was ordered as well. The whole experience was so bizarre, like a comedy show but not funny. Definitely avoid this location, the drink is not worth the incompetent and rude workers that will waste your time by arguing with you and trying to make you feel bad about a drink you've had before and wanted to order again.

This Starbucks stays open later than most in Duncan, which is why I stopped by. The staff were funny, friendly, and left a great impression. The coffee tastes just as good as you’d expect, and they even recommended some beans, which I bought and really enjoyed at home.

There’s also a drive-thru for convenience, and the parking lot is spacious. I think I’ll be coming back often.

I recently placed an order for an iced venti Matcha Latte, no classic syrup, with 7 scoops of Matcha and 2 Brown Sugar, and extra foam with my daughter and husband's orders.

However, the first drink I received was a hot Grande-sized beverage. I returned it and informed the partner that I had ordered an iced venti.

They immediately remade the drink, but again in a Grande size. I was disappointed, especially since my family and friends had already received their orders. The partner informed me that I had only paid for a Grande size. I was willing to pay for the correct size, but the partner reordering at the till did NOT LISTEN to me, instead entering the order herself. I controlled my emotions despite feeling upset, and felt that I was being served by someone with a narcissistic attitude.

As a nearly 10-year partner/barista at Starbucks Philippines, I know how customers should be served. The service I received at the Starbucks Beverly branch did not provide a 3rd place atmosphere, and this was my 4th time receiving an incorrect drink. The poor customer service was disappointing. I think the LATTE service recovery was not performed.

I visited on August 18, between 7:15-8 pm (for your reference for the partners on duty) with family and friends. One of the staff behind the till/pastry case loudly reminded us of the time limit, which should have been done discreetly. And I am aware of the 10-minute rule.

I observed many substandard practices, mission and the 5 Be's were not visible at this Starbucks Beverly location. I felt that the service did not meet the standards I expect from Starbucks. I hope it will be heads up to the upper management, and recalibrate all the knowledge from ordering, making and serving the drink in gold standard of the partners. 😢
