Our drink were pretty bad :(The “premium foam” was barely there. All my matcha powder was in lumps and on the plastic cup. Sugar level was surprisingly good if you don’t like a lot of sweet. Overall I wouldn’t recommend getting your drink here unfortunately.Ouch for $14.

Slowest Starbucks in town but fine if you're ok with waiting.Overheard two employees talking about a customer. I get venting (I worked customer service for several years...) but keep it in the back or after hours guys. It makes you look unprofessional.

SLOWEST Starbucks in history!!! Don’t go here unless you have all day to wait for 1 drink. And don’t be fooled by the short line because there was only 1 person in front of me and I stood there for 25mins and left with a refund because they still hadn’t started my drink.The girl taking the orders just stood there staring or went to the back instead of helping her coworker and the girl making the orders was moving slower than a turtle.

No bathroom usage, employees too lazy to keep it clean even though it’s requires at a business serving food, also prevents washing hands which is a provincial mandate. Absolutely ridiculous and contrary to every other starbucks in operation. Will be complaining to their head office.
