I am very disappointed with the service I received from an employee named Rupi. She made my sandwich in a very poor manner. She didn’t even ask me what kind of cheese I wanted and instead choose it herself, which shows a lack of patience and care. Her customer service was extremely rude and unprofessional.
Honestly, in my entire life I have never experienced such poor food quality and such terrible service. This is completely unacceptable in customer service. I hope the management immediately addresses her misbehavior.

The evening staff here was out of this world!!! Would give them a ten star rating!!! We had the BEST service here that we have ever had at any subway ever in all the decades we have eaten at Subway… staff was knowledgeable, quick, generous and made the best salads and sandwiches we have ever bought and eaten! Stop here and fill up! You won’t be disappointed!

I am very disappointed with the service I received from an employee named Aileen. She was extremely rude during my visit and showed no interest in treating customers with respect. Instead of being polite and attentive, she was dismissive, impatient, and acted as if helping me was a burden. This is not acceptable in a customer service role, especially in a place like Subway where people expect a friendly and welcoming environment. If this is how staff are allowed to treat customers, it reflects very poorly on the management. I hope her behavior is addressed immediately, because no customer should have to deal with such unprofessional service.

It's difficult to evaluate because the food was delicious! The problem, I ordered a salad and only received half of the usual amount! My husband's sandwich was the same as usual, foot-long, plenty of filling!

they dropped a 6 inch on the dirty floor and proceeded to handle it, put on in the counter that they use to prepare food, then sell it to the next customer in line.
