We have ordered from this location multiple times and almost something has been messed up. Either they forget something on my sandwich or the service is just awful. One time I ordered I ordered off the app and was charged but the order never went through, so I called the place and asked is there anything they could do. I was met with one of the rudest employees I've ever met who told me it was not his problem and he doesn't care. I understand if he can't do anything about the problem, but at least be polite. I am very disappointed in how I was treated and I will never support this location ever again.

Service was good but I got FOOD POISIONING here along with my son on Friday. It’s been a horrible day and night of 🤮. Be aware of how these deli meats are being stored and prepared.
We went today on August 9,2024 at approx 1245,( Just a reference to check via CCTV how hospitalised your staff is) to order something. We never had such a worst experience. Nobody gave attention if we were even there as the customers. There is a racial discriminative environment. I believe this store is for the people who look alike those who are working there. Grow up guys canada is a diverse country ,accept that fact. No hard feelings, just get education!!!!!!

Why does subway make its employees do a million take out orders at 12:30pm when they have a huge lineup of people waiting for service, it's completely disrespectful to the people who have come to the store in person. Do not accept online orders if you can't accommodate the in person customer.

Not gonna lie, this is the BEST subway in Duncan. Friendly staff, clean, well kept, organized. I've been to many different subways in Duncan and most of them each have something off about them like rude staff and dirtiness. But this subway is different. The staff always greet us with a smile and are SUPER kind and organized. The sandwiches and wraps are super delicious whether they are custom made or straight from the menu they never upset me. They have very good seating outside and inside. the inside has an area big enough for 6 people. HIGHLY RECCOMENDED!
Vegetarian options: You can order a vegetarian option off their menu like the Mozzarella Bella or customize your own.
Parking: Lots of parking spots, not crowded, clean and safe
Kid-friendliness: Very kind to children, Great for family's.
