Apparently 7:45 is 8:00 so we went to dq
Hours not accurate at all. Close early because they claim closing takes a while. Closing time is supposed to be closing time not when the workers should get home.
The scoops are not "big scoop" worthy like they use to be. The shop is kinda messy and cluttered now. The guy doesn't wash his hands in-between using his phone, the debit and grabbing your cone. The prices were not posted and he charged us 14 something for 2 single scoop cone.Use to love this place but it's going down hill. :(

Long time customer but unfortunately won’t be back. This is one of the “500ml” tubs for $10.50 (other was 270ml but forgot to take a picture before the kids ate). Called the store to confirm it’s supposed to be 500ml as that’s what I paid for and only received just over half of that for each. The man said it’s the container they always use and yes the price was right. I tried explaining I paid for 500ml and didn’t get nearly that but he reiterated it’s the container they always use for the 500ml tubs of ice cream and that was it
Best milkshake ever. Too big for one, a sharing opportunity
Delicious ice cream!!
Staff was nice and they had some good flavors, but the two scoops where the size of what one should have been and the price was way too high.
Well, it USED to be BIG Scoop, now it's more like sample scoop. It's a bit sad, they used to give you almost too much ice cream, the last two times I visited it was about 2-3 oz in a waffle cone for $6!! Maybe it was the person scooping but it makes it tough to want to go back.PLEASE BRING BACK THE REAL BIG SCOOP!!!

I'm reviewing the Big Scoop at Berkeys corner. The people here are usually friendly. The ice cream the last few times has had frostbite. The last time I took my kid, it smelled like cigarette smoke. It was very strong. It was cold out so the guy was probably smoking in the building. I will not be going back.
Sign on door says open but they are not and it’s 2:48 pm what kind of ice cream shop is closed in the afternoon
My 2 little ones and I just came in here. The man working (presumably the owner) was extremely friendly and sweet to my to my son and daughter. The ice cream from (Foothills Creamery. est 1969) is unbelievably good. I can’t recall having had better ice cream in recent memory and my daughter agrees (son didn’t want any). An overall great experience.
Just ok. Good ice cream but not an inviting place.
Mistakenly got the wrong order, but guy working there came running out realizing the same thing pretty quick. Loved the service. Why is ice cream so unpopular in April? Is craving ice cream when it's pouring rain not normal?
