Disappointed in the food. Our beef dip came with an inedible dip, took it back, brought gravy ( same dip with flour ) He said it was made in house. Worst I ever had. Other folks at the table noticed smaller portions and poor fries. Patheyic sysco food everywhere

Us Saskatchewanian's we very pleased that they fired the kitchen back up when we showed up just as they shut it down, and their waitresses were wonderful, fries were outstanding, gluten free bun was decent, Patty's were think, and over burgers were great!

Decided to try a new spot for a birthday dinner. When we first arrived things seemed great. We were given menus, then made to wait almost 15 minutes before being acknowledged, and that was only because I asked who our server was. The lady I had asked quickly took our drink order and went to find our server.
The wait for food was minimal, which was a pleasant surprise based on how long it took to even get drinks. Presentation of food was good, however, I quickly realized my burger was soggy, and my mom's fish was not cooked through properly.
The woman's washroom was needing attention as there was toilet paper all over the floor, but at least there was soap (as my fiancee said there was none in the men's).
Do not recommend this place as somewhere to try. We will not be going back. Disappointed, as the burger on the menu sounded amazing.

Went here for a birthday dinner, to try and support 'the little guy', instead of going to a chain.
After we were seated, nobody acknowledged us for at least 10-15 minutes. The busser was clearing other tables and we asked her if we could get drinks. The iced tea was very weak/watery.
The brie chicken burger was good, but...wet. One in our party had the fish and chips, but the texture was inconsistent, and the server took it off the bill.
To top it off, there wasn't any soap in the washroom to clean up after the burger!
... we won't be coming back.
3/10, do not recommend.

Yesterday I went to the Oak tap house for an event organized by a family member. Not only did the staff keep up with the amount of people we had( more than expected), but they made sure there was enough space and everyone was taking care of. The staff including Melissa, Kennedy, Alexis, Abby, Brooklyn, were so respectful and always attentive to our needs while making sure not to interrupt either. 10/10 would recommend dining or haven’t an event there!

The table was extremely sticky. Our menus stuck to it. Service was extremely slow and when there was service they would come and get orders but not clear a thing off our table. Entrees came and they still didn’t clear the table. We got up and cleared it ourselves to have room to eat. When The food finally came it looked and tasted like it was sitting under a lamp for quite awhile. The pizza crust has zero flavor and is the consistency of a tough cracker. Our friend was violently ill that evening after eating their halibut burger. Very disappointing.
