STALE TEA! Some of the teas here may be ok, but I bought this jasmine green tea, and it had zero jasmine aroma. You can see jasmine leaf bits, but the tea must be so old that all the flavour has gone. Despite the lack of jasmine scent, I made a pot, and it was like dead tea. Must be years old. I called the store as I don't live in Duncan, but it went to message and I didn't get a call back. I guess they don't care if they sell bad product.

All the tea's I have tried are just so lovely. The little viles are perfect for trying different teas and not committing to a big bag before trying! (And perfect for filling an advent calendar which is what my husband did for me with these wonderful teas!) Yum!

Absolutely amazing little shop! The Owner and staff are wonderfully helpful. They have a huge amount of delicious teas and fudge too! If you’re in the downtown Duncan area you won’t want to miss this gem. I cant wait to try all the different varieties they offer.

We stopped in while in the area and I had the opportunity to smell lots of tea. Love the tubes that are available to sample the various tea blends. There’s also lots of other items besides the loose leaf tea such as tea sets, mugs, and accessories. I’d go back and have made recommendations to family and friends. The tea I purchased is delicious and fresh. Thanks!

Yesterday I paid my first visit to this tea store, and asked if they had milk oolong, which is an unusual, delicious semi green tea. They had it, scooped out a small sample so I could smell the aroma, which was very nice. And a good test, no aroma means tea old. I also asked for black tea with rose petals, which they didn't have, but blended for me there and then. I have tried made both teas and both are delicious. They have a huge selection of teas, and I thought the service was excellent.

Had an awesome HighTea with some ladies today at the Steeped Leaf. We had three courses with a matcha mousse for dessert. AWESOME

The teas here are old and tasteless. They have obviously been sitting for a LONG time and have since long expired. I am very disappointed. The older woman ( I think she's the owner) lacks all customer service skills. Skip this shop and save your money.

What a sweet shop - with SO many beautiful and useful things! Excellent loose tea, yummy chocolate, spices, linens and so, so much china. There seems to be stuff in everyone's price range. They raise money for children in need too - always good! I highly recommend a visit.
