Tim hortons on beverly duncan the managers are rude once you work there for awhile they start to make inappropriate complaints on you and even make fun you like if you're a manager you shouldn't even be making fun of your employees u should be doing your jobs but no that's pretty low of them do not recommend applying there !!!! They are RACIST and RUDE

Ayden is the most patient and authentic employee I saw at this tim. Great job man , respect your patience for working with such a staff. This guy listened to the instructions very properly and helped the customer in time.
All the other staff was rude and non communicative ( everyone else did not even care about the line up inside the store, seemed like they only worked for the drive thru)....
My young son and I visited this location today, the food is always decent, it appears like the emphases is on drive through at every location so service inside is slow across the board. I was pleasantly surprised today though, Tristan, on his first day working there no less, provided me with a great attitude and made all my frustrations disappear with how he treated me. Life would be far more enjoyable with more Tristans out there, thanks very much my friend!

First time going to this location. Went around 6 pm. The person working the drive-through was massively overwhelmed even tho there were only 3 cars in the drive-through. Got the wrong size drink (he caught on), didn't have the other drinks. Had to wait for other items. Was given the wrong cookies. Parked, waited 10 mins for service. There was 1 person ahead & the store was empty. Neither person working would acknowledge me to switch out the incorrect cookies. After yelling & repeating myself multiple times, I got a different cookie as a substitute. Apparently, they didn't even the cookies I paid for. Asked to use the bathrooms (were dirty & lock didn't work). Will not stop here again.

Beverly Tim Hortons has Friendly staff,great way to meet new people in the community or get together with youâre friends,family or boyfriend ?Orders move pretty quickly even if not enough staff or under pressure,my orders may not be 100%accurate all the time but thatâs what builds our community stronger sticking together like a yummy doughnut ? thatâs what makes timhortons a great place for all of our moods haha??
Vegetarian options: So many food items you can ask without the meat or sausage lots of soups or bagels or buns just add veggies ? add veggies
Dietary restrictions: Lots of drinks you can get made black without cream and sugar or get a sugar free vanilla shot or Splenda if youâre diabetic ?
Parking: Itâs free parking doesnât get better than thatâ¤ď¸Lots of parking could use more space for a double lane drive thru or some more parking for bigger semi trucks quite often their parked on the highway yikes?
Kid-friendliness: Available high chairs timbits or doughnuts a must upon entry it solves all problems and makes youâre kiddos happy to visit ?
Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs located at this location
