i have worked in customer service and fast food, i’ve been minimum wage, peak covid customer service. apprentice on worksites, and manager for a company, so i’d like to think i’m not an entitled prick. how does it possibly take 10 minutes to order an apple juice when there is 6 staff on the floor, and 2 people ahead of me in line who pretty much just ordered a wrap. The lady took my order in less than 5 words. “hi there” & “that’s all?” This is a consistent experience at this location. Ain’t none of the glazed timbits have glaze on them. how you going to sell glazed donuts when there ain’t no glaze. I would recommend this place to everyone. Everyone who wants to wait quite some time for their food, everyone who wants mediocre quality food, and everyone who loves unfriendly interactions. I don’t play about my apple juice. You won’t catch me here ever again.

Just bought a BLT there and it literally has one slice of tomatoe and two pieces of bacon So sick of these places being so cheap I will never go back Do not recommend

Waited 10 mins for a French vanilla(was NOT busy), and got ignored when asked about my drink.she Dropped everything to do a door dash order very unprofessional. SHOULD NOT HAVE TO WAIT 10 minutes FOR 1 COFFEE.

Whoever is the lady on guest monitor (august 23 morning) Extremely cold, uncaring and super rude. If you guys are going to feel comfortable leaving a sign out asking for reviews you should make sure your ordertaker or even your staff actually want to be here. She clearly doesn't want to be, but then again who would be?
No gluten free choices in muffins, cookies or donuts. Very disappointed. When will that change?

Very disappointed with this location. The staff is so unprofessional , i was ordering food by drive thru and the staff keep on laughing while taking to other staff. I hope somebody from headoffice will figure it out tht whts going on bcz this behavior is really inappropriate.

I ordered chili soup through drive through, asked for extra butter and paid extra. Got my order no spoon for soup, no knife for butter just a fork idk what for and no extra butter 🤷🏻♀️ Tim bits are also getting smaller every-time. I always ask for no sprinkles & i get sprinkles. Classic Chicken wrap is the thinnest wrap i have ever eaten. Other locations in the island do not have this problem. I hesitated giving a bad review. But i constantly visit this location and get a bad quality food. I hope my review helps for future growth of this location!

Within one year I've gotten extreme food poisoning from this location twice.
Should have listened to my gut, no pun intended, and just kept driving by but instead I went for a coffee and with it I bought their new pizza. Besides the disgusting goo/cardboard that was the pizza( i ate one piece and garbaged it ) they added a dash of salmonella. Currently vomiting so hard my voice is gone, stomach muscles pulled or strained, and sweating buckets. Going on hour 4 of this, worst sickness I have ever experienced in my entire life.
My girlfriend also had a slice of the pizza and her food poisining is so severe shes had to go to emergency. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS !!!
I will never step food on a tim Hortons property again. I will never purchase, recommend, or buy gift cards for friends and family.
This food poisoning is worse than the food poisoning I received from eating a street vendor's food in Bangladesh. That's saying something..........
