I ordered chili soup through drive through, asked for extra butter and paid extra. Got my order no spoon for soup, no knife for butter just a fork idk what for and no extra butter 🤷🏻♀️ Tim bits are also getting smaller every-time. I always ask for no sprinkles & i get sprinkles. Classic Chicken wrap is the thinnest wrap i have ever eaten. Other locations in the island do not have this problem. I hesitated giving a bad review. But i constantly visit this location and get a bad quality food. I hope my review helps for future growth of this location!

Within one year I've gotten extreme food poisoning from this location twice.
Should have listened to my gut, no pun intended, and just kept driving by but instead I went for a coffee and with it I bought their new pizza. Besides the disgusting goo/cardboard that was the pizza( i ate one piece and garbaged it ) they added a dash of salmonella. Currently vomiting so hard my voice is gone, stomach muscles pulled or strained, and sweating buckets. Going on hour 4 of this, worst sickness I have ever experienced in my entire life.
My girlfriend also had a slice of the pizza and her food poisining is so severe shes had to go to emergency. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS !!!
I will never step food on a tim Hortons property again. I will never purchase, recommend, or buy gift cards for friends and family.
This food poisoning is worse than the food poisoning I received from eating a street vendor's food in Bangladesh. That's saying something..........

I’m really disappointed with how downhill the service has gone here. Every time I go in my food is forgotten, and when I finally get it after 20+ minutes it’s sloppy, cold and burnt. The lack of compassion towards customers is really sad as well

Ordered roasted hazelnut cold brew and caramel iced capp. Got given iced coffee and caramel iced coffee. Argued with girls at window that we were given the wrong order. They said it was correct. Went back in to get correct order. Given caramilk with chocolate chunks iced capp and the roasted hazelnut cold brew. Should at least get the order right on the third try or let us know if they are missing ingredients

I would give them- five stars if I could. They don't even know how to wrap a wrap and then grill it. They literally folded the thing in half it was disgusting. I hate giving negative reviews but places like this just leave you no choice cuz they just keep dropping in quality of food they serve. It's disgusting.
