Foods great and 50% of the time service is great. But seriously getting people to park and wait out front when there is only one other person in the drive through is crazy. I dont know if you guys are trying to meat drive through time standards but making people park around front is ridiculous.

Fire the whole staff! Nobody here knows how to communicate with customers properly, and everyone is scrambling around like they don't know what they're doing. I waited 10 exact minutes to get just a French vanilla.

First off we used the bathrooms. In the men's room there was feces all over the inside of the toilet. The same toilet with a water leak which by the staining on it has been that way for a while. The needle dispenser which I had the displeasure to view was overflowing. And Tim's napkins laying all over the place. My girlfriend also commented on the needle dispenser overflowing in the bathroom... not necessary for the general public having to view that. The quality of my drink was lacking greatly in quality. Very disappointing visit, which is as to why I use this chain as a last resort. Poorly managed from the top down

The food has progressively declined in quality. The buns and bagels are stale and rock hard.

Service is horrendous here. Usually have to wait 20 minutes to place order while staff sit around and joke with each other, tried to do a mobile order so I wouldn't have to wait as long and still took about 15 minutes. Do not stop here unless you want to use up a full lunch break.

Drive thru lady extremely rude ? Doesn't even give you 2 seconds to hand cash out the window. "Cash or credit, mam."
English muffin is not even toasted!
Maybe hire some folks that speak clearly and have better customer service

This tim Hortons has the worst drive thru times in all of cowichan valley ..30 minutes of waiting to get your order taken and even the staff miss your turn on the two lanes is common ..ZERO stars..management has to do better in training the staff in taking more efficiently period .
The person at Drive thru was so rude, we ordered flat bread pizza at Drive thru, at the ordering window no one told us about the waiting time. When we reached at payment window we were told by very rude person name Tanya that you gotta wait, when asked how long she just said you will get it when it will be ready.

July 24, 2024 went for a drive thru at Tim Hortons Trunk Rd Duncan BC with our person served. I got 3 orders, when I reach the window to pay I ask the cashier which order I am paying she told me “ you pay how you ordered” I told her which set of order I am paying because the person we served will pay it individually with there debit card. I ask politely if she can put the drinks in a tray which she did. When we reach the group homes we end up having an “empty used cup of coffee” in the tray. Felt so disappointed I phoned the branch told her what happened she apologized and ask me to get the replacement of a small cup of coffee? Thats ridiculous.Hope the management can do something about it for the benefit of their customer.
