Terrible service.
Takes forever and you will probably get the wrong order

Consistently given sausage breakfast sandwich instead of bacon. i am allergic to sausage. Has happened several times over the last 2 months.

i asked for a medium iced chai but got this much instead. if you ask for no ice they only give you equivalent to small size and the person handing out in the drive thru seems unhappy and annoyed

This place was absolutely horrible they did not have anything. I came for yogurt a croissant and a egg sandwich and they had nothing so I asked for a cheese croissant and a cinnamon raisin bagel with plain cream cheese and when they gave me the order they where very rude and they forgot to put cream cheese on my bagel and completely forgot about my croissant. DO NOT GO

Cashier was slow and very rude. It took over 20 minutes for her to take our order. Food order was wrong. Terrible attitude. Had to get manager, for her to take our order. In total with ordering and getting food, about 45 minutes. Said they were busy, they were not. Will never go to that tims again, have to think twice before going to another Tims, period.

Very slow counter service. They concentrate on the drive thru. Coffee is great, atmosphere is good, but long wait for counter service. They only have one person serving at the counter. That person is great, but all alone.

We stopped to pick up some lunch. We waited in line with at least 5 people ahead of us but after 5 minutes we left. No one had moved up the line, although the drive through seemed to be moving. The place looked 'grungy' and no one seemed to care there was a line up. One was sweeping the floor behind the counter, but no one paid attention to the people waiting.

they make americano wrong,,expresso is premade and kept in a jug,they manually pour expresso,,never get the ratio rite,tastes like watered coffee,3.30 wasted,next,,two cars in drive thru,lineup to the door,,5 staff working on drive thru,.customers in store ignored,the place is full of junkies harassing customers,you really lost when jack left

This location on trunk road by 6:30 has washrooms closed. When you ask after purchasing food for dinner they say they are closed for the evening. Not a way to run a restaurant.

this location has the worst food quality, the workers seem like they hate life when they greet you and their machines don’t work properly . Every-time i order a bagel it comes out cold and i’ve called and asked if machine work properly and said their ovens don’t work up to the standard. Do not come to this location, find new staff.
