2 Days in a row now my coffee does not taste sweet and with enough cream. I have to drive across town to another coffe shop to have my triple triple done right.

Everyone here is always cheerful and polite. Today I watched 2 incredibly kind and patient servers go out of their way to make sure a deaf customer got exactly what she wanted. I don't know who's in charge at this Tim's, but great job training staff and creating a positive work culture!

Nobody there except me and I wait 10 minutes or more everyday for my items because they are so lazy they can't stand near the counter! Ridiculous place and ridiculous management

One of my favourite Timmies of all time. Very hard working crew, friendly attitudes full of smiles. Sometimes the new folks take time to learn that but they do. I've been a regular for more than a year.

I get a roasted hazelnut, cold brew with extra cream about 3-4 times a day i normally go to the one that's down by Beverly as they make the best coffee there. I took a chance again at Berkey's corner today.
The stuff was very rude. And my drink was made wrong, 3 times I just gave up and walked out.
It's not a cheap drink and telling me that I am wrong when I literally get the same thing every day, I know what it tastes like.
I feel the stuff at this location needs retraining. Every time I have been to this location, it has been a horrible experience. I wont be back this time.
Everything is good
They took our orders but provides something what we didn't order and even after correcting them they forget to prepare our order. Very bad experience for service.
Went with my friends and ordered 5 lunch items. Three items were prepared wrong and they forgot about one.
The staff was friendly but they really need to be trained better
Very few staff speak English. You don’t get what you order and they can’t give you correct change. No a Canadian business.

Well now, where should I start. How about I start with the positive and then lay in on them.
I believe this is the newest location in Duncan which it exudes with absolutely every part of it being up to date and trending.
Well that's about the most good I can say about this place..
The last reviewer mentioned sonething about the chili? What chili...this location NEVER has chili, I've asked so many times at different times of the day.... even on this bone chilling stormy night, which there have been many of this last month....no chili, no soup, no nothing.....as I make my way through the menu of "Do you have"s the only thing I got a positive response to was wedges....chewy hard and cold as if it was from some body's previously long ago canceled order, and to go along with that the second confirmed product would be a crispy chicken sandwich.... now here's the kicker of it all.... they were both served to me immediately.... now if the wedges were cold, chewed like hard bubble gum and stale hardened how do you think the chicken is gonna be? Exactly 💯 the same.....I would not even serve this meal to my dog... seems staff here are more interested in getting ready to go home 2 hours before scheduled then happy as heck to tell customers they have nothing for hours on end.... and seeing as the person behind me was playing the same "Do you have" game..... it sure seems like your staff is losing you an awful lot of money at this location.... as i could also imagine that your customers are slowly dropping from here as well.... crunch the.hourly numbers..... that will show you.

Avoid at all costs. Gibbys is close and much better. They're happy to accept money on the app but the part where they then in turn provide products and services for that money is very difficult.
