So far out of the five Tims in the area this one has been the best one. The window staff have been great. Orders are correct.

The drinks and the donuts were good service was slow and kind of rude. Oh and annoyed that out of 15 plays I still haven't won anything on roll up the rim but that's not your issue I suppose that would be corporate.

No eggs. No chicken. No rice. No Hazelnut Cold Brew... so I asked them what they did have??. Then I was given a coffee with about 10 grams of sugar added to it after asking for no sugar... so I drove back through and asked for a 2nd one with NO sugar. And was given a 2nd coffee with even more sugar than the 1st one.I eventually just gave up and drove to the location on Drinkwater because I was too embarrassed to have to ask a 3rd time for a coffee with no sugar.

Do all tim hortons train their ppl to balance the coins on the bills when they hand it back to you? Half the time it falls on the floor or behind the till.... seems like kinda like making your own tip????? PUT THE COINS IN THE CUSTOMERS HAND NOT THROWN WITH THE BILL/

The person at the cashier confused with orders. I didn't get what I asked for, and I want the only one

This has to be the worst Tim's in British Columbia, and I'm speaking from multiple trips. The iced coffee had so much cream it was more like coffee flavoured cream. Stale pastries. They must've been from a previous day. The only thing they've gotten right was their coffee, which is hard to screw up.Beyond the food I wasn't often impressed by the staff here either.

Absolutely awful service. I have NEVER been YELLED at by a worker in the customer service line of work. Myself and most of the people I know have agreed to never go back there. I attempted to order hash browns, they didn’t have them so I attempted to order wedges, they didn’t have them I attempted to order a quencher, they didn’t have them so eventually I asked what they do have and was yelled at in return. Something needs to be done about this absolutely failure of a fast food restaurant. I worked at McDonald’s it’s not that hard.

Nice experience here. My touristy group of (8), after leaving Ucluelet & being diverted onto a super bumpy, slow-going logging road for 2 1/2 torturous hours to avoid the wildfires which had closed Hwy 4, gladly pulled into this Tim Horton's location. Of course we rushed the clean washrooms/rest rooms. Afterwards, I ordered an iced caramel coffee drink (they made it up for me, it wasn't exactly on the menu) & a delicious donut. // Busy place, but the line moved quickly & the staff were efficient & courteous. I wish we had Tim Hortons in Orlando, Florida. Canada should invade ;-)
