C'mon. It's going down hill here. I had to ask twice for my full order, as the one front staff was yelled at by drive thru staff three times for him to get things for them. He also started serving a coworker in the middle of all this. It's messy, all tables sticky.

Don't ask us to park out front and wait for food to be brought out, instead of waiting at the drive through window when there is ZERO line up of cars. I'm sure your staff hates it as well. This is just to satisfy your internal wait time metrics for your corporate overlords and BAD customer service.

My team and I had a quick coffee run before heading to our office. I had my go-to drink which is absolutely top-tier. I've tried caramel macchiato from many places, but Tim Hortons truly sets itself apart. Every cup ive had here has been consistently rich, flavorful, and brewed to perfection. I would also like to commend their staff for being accommodating and nice.
