This is my second visit to this Tim Hortons and both times were a terrible experience. This time the person on the speaker at the drive-through tried to rush me through ordering while I was trying to read the menu. When I asked her politely to please have patience, her response was rude. I had to wait for my food in the parking lot and when it came, the wedges were very overcooked and dried out and my chicken wrap had no chicken in it. It was just rice and lettuce. The time before this The chicken wrap I ordered tasted like it had been sitting for some time. The service wasn’t much better that time either. I would recommend avoiding this Tim Hortons.

Even though the store was a bit busy, she greeted everyone with a smile and made sure each order was accurate and fresh. It’s rare to see someone who clearly cares about both the customers and the quality of service. Ashley went above and beyond to make my visit enjoyable — she double-checked my order, offered helpful suggestions, and made me feel genuinely appreciated as a customer. Little gestures like that really make a difference! Tim Hortons is always a nice stop, but Ashley truly made this visit stand out. She’s a great example of what good customer service should be. Ashley at BENCH Road is awesome as is the entire crew. We live in Chemanius and drive to Mill bay and Victoria at least 5x a week. Always stop at Timmys BENCH Rd. Staff are always friendly, fast and efficient
