I thought the staff were wonderful and the food was fabulous, but my experience with rolling through the drive-thru with a registered dirt bike, it can be an occasional misunderstanding, in the end they were beautiful and compliant, but I did realize there was no where to lock up ones dirt bike or bike,if they didn't want to serve you through the drive-thru, that is something that needs to be addressed,. Overall management and the team were wonderful, I have no complaints just a few suggestions 😊

Yesterday (May 18th) I went through the drive thru with my son. Hands down the best customer service I've had at a drive thru. The young dark haired girl working the window asked multiple questions and made suggestions with my order that I was very much appreciated. Left the drive thru with a very happy 6 year old and made for a good morning/lunch.

We've eaten here countless times over the past couple of years. We almost always get the BC chicken burger, their vegan/veggie burgers, their milkshakes and their breakfast sandwich. The chick in the BC chicken burger is always cooked perfectly. Everything we get is always great with just a small amount of inconsistencies. The poutine is not recommended, the milkshakes are deadly if you have any weaknesses to milk avoid at all costs. If you don't have that issue the cookie milkshake and pumpkin pie milkshake (fall item) are great. The prices are kind of high. The drive through is a nice option, it's near lots of convenient stores and if you park facing the old train station it can be a good view while eating. I docked a star because of the interior of the store. I've tried eating inside a couple of times and there is a very high pitched noise that keeps me being able to sit in the seating area, it is also often messy and dusty so I just prefer to eat in my car. My partner can't hear the high pitched noise so some might be able to tolerate it.

Ordered 2 burgers, 2 poutines, 1 milkshake and 1 fountain drink. Was $48. They were out of cheese curds and somehow 1 order of Pickle chips and 1 order of garlic Parmesan fries costed the same as 2 poutines. It’s hard to want to go back with those prices for a quick bite.
Fast food is supposed to be cheap and convenient my experience today at a triple-O was shocking to say the least, the fact that there was no combo with the burgers for the stated price but only with an extra charge was surprising to say the least. I understand inflation as I do work in the food service industry but to pay over $75 dollars for a few burgers and fries is silly I would accept this if it was a gourmet place but for a fast food franchise is just stupid, this was my last time eating at any triple-O or white spot.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would.
Customer service was horrific. Not only did I receive attitude about trying to order a simple coffee, the employee had to roll her eyes and say “she’s too tired to deal with me”. All I asked was for no sweetener just milk. Apparently that was a huge deal and I was being “difficult”. I myself have worked in customer service for many years and even on my worst of days I would never talk to a customer that way.
Disrespectful to say the least, will not be returning.

Triple O's is generally a great stop for a great burger, and this location hits the mark! I'd proclaim Triple O's as a "quality fast food restaurant". For that reason it isn't necessarily "fast", but it's well worth the couple minute wait. The food is a touch on the pricey side, but again it's good quality.
