Food was excellent and have great gluten free options but it didn’t feel like I was in a booster juice? Kinda weird but yummy.

Stopped in to kill some time this morning, tried the veggie breakwich and it was delicious! Staff was friendly and the place was clean.

Bathroom was very clean, service was excellent and the food was prepared with intention. To top it off the coffee was delicious.

Very nice staff, but nearly inedible food. Do not, whatever you do, get the gluten free focaccia bread. Please, for the love of God, avoid the mushroom soup.

The roasted tofu panini is delicious and they make several versions of vegan cheese IN HOUSE! Vegan Grilled cheese was really good with house made cheese and house made ketchup.

This place was the worst. A tiny pulled beef sandwich I ordered was 15.00$ plus tip and it was missing the blue cheese. Ill never go back. This place is self serve like a kitchen . And they wanted a tip. It was pathetic. Im all for supporting small business but do not go. Tiny portions and overpriced. The counter girl looked miserable.

Good coffee, sweets, lunches and service. It’s one of my favourite stops.

We stopped in Duncan for lunch on our way to the Mill Bay Ferry and enjoyed delicious sandwiches at the Urban Forest Bistro. The homemade focaccia bread was perfect with the brisket and blue cheese for my partner, while I had a mushroom and veggie sandwich that was full of flavour and complemented with a great sauce and paired with a refreshing mint and nettle tea. We highly recommend this Bistro.

Chose to eat lunch here as reviews were glowing. Food was tasty enough but the value for the prices was just not there. Portions are very small and I left more hungry than when we arrived. I'm not a large person and it's doesn't take much to satisfy my hunger, but this was silly. They were busy and wouldn't have minded the wait if we felt it was worth it. Wouldn't make this our first choice again.

So we stopped in on a Saturday and we ordered potato skins to start which we're good.
For lunch we ordered a breakfast club with harshbrowns which was Mediocre mostly because hashbrowns were mushy. I ordered the turkey sandwich which as ok but reminded me of having lunch at Zellers.

However the pie!!! Yummy so so good! Banana cream and the peanut butter pie!!! Delicious

Great coffee and an abundance of lunch/cafe items for vegans. A lot of Gf choices too. I was only hungry enough to try the GF and Vegan bread pudding and it was yummy!
