Tonight was our first time. We were there for our grandsons 6th birthday with all of the family. There were 8 adults and 9 cousins 7 years-7 months! It was really busy. Our waitress was amazing!! Hands down amazing!!! She was so kind and patient and clearly knows how to do her job with a smile on her face! The kitchen staff had all of the food out quick and hot and delicious! Well done tonight to all of the staff!

I had an amazing experience at the restaurant thanks to our server, Mariana. It was such a relief to have someone who speaks Spanish—it made everything so much easier for my family and me. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and fast with our orders. Mariana explained the menu perfectly, checked on us at the right moments, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Her service was honestly top-tier. You can tell she really cares about her guests. We left super happy. Thank you, Mariana, for making our visit such a great one!

Swing by on a week day non peak dinner. Place was quite empty. Took awhile before someone came and took our order. There was like 3 other staff around chit chatting.
My kids needed their juice refilled and they were waving / saying excuese me to one of the staff at the bar and was promptly ignored. Finally, the original staff who took our order was available and the kids finally got their refills.
Food came out ok. But when we finally got the drinks refilled. My pop was so watered down that there was hardly any gas/taste. Very different from the original fizzy pop thst was provided.
I guess... any fast food joint might give them a run for money.

White spot let me host my 2 year olds birthday party at their restaurant. It was certainly a chaotic group with kids and excitement but I was so pleased with the service I received there. Priyanka was our server and was absolutely amazing serving the whole group of 24 by herself. Shoutout to the kitchen staff too who made our food fast and without error. Great experience

Went there with a group of friends for a quick lunch before heading out for the day. Service was terrible, the restaurant was practically empty and there was a lot of staff on. I ordered the turkey avocado wrap which I received without avocado my drink came half an hour after ordering. The food was overall gross. Nobody came to check on us after we had a couple bites so I wasn’t able to explain that my food had been messed up. We finished and tried to get our bills. After explaining how the bills will be separated we waited another 20 minutes for our checks and I could not find any staff.During this time someone had started vacuuming beside us. When we finally got our bills they were sorted wrong and we waited another 10 minutes trying to pay for our meals. Experience was very frustrating and I definitely will not be back
Not only was the food bland, dry and overall awful, but the orders were messed up. On top of that the servers were MIA for over an hour after giving it to us, so we couldn’t talk to them about it. The closest we had to a checkup on food was a server vacuuming behind us. Then when we thought it couldn’t get worse, even settling the bills had so many complications that could’ve been avoided or handled so much better. I’d like to give the benefit of the doubt and say it was an off day but that doesn’t make up for the horrible experience my friends and I had.
