Got take out and it was stone cold I was contacted by White spot to come in, but I’m not interested in their food anymore. They can keep their food and I’m not one of these people who comes running. I don’t want anything free. I just want quality when I pay for it. Thanks for your offer no thanks.

Wenr for lunch and the service was perfect. Waitress was quick and food was good. My girlfriend said it was the best beef dip that she ever had. I'm a big fan of the appetizers and burgers and my girlfriend loved the beef dip. Will be back again soon.

I have ordered teryaki chicken bowl which is supposed to be warm enough before serving, it was cold and also sauce wasn’t warm enough, chicken was undercooked … broccoli was totally cold , worst experience at this duncan white spot . I would rather spend my money on having McDonald’s rather than wasting it here . Not to mention the food was served after 15-20mins waiting. I guess they need to train the head chef to monitor the kitchen people. After having this shitty food , i had to see my doctor the other day and suprise i had food poisoning. Never recommend eating here …. Please stop fooling people to eat money we pay for good quality food not shitty one . …

My husband and I used to avoid going to White Spot for many many years. Service was bad, food was ok but we always had the feeling they were trying to save every single penny giving with everything.
We decided to give it a try and we happily report service had improved big time. This actually had become our go to place for breakfast on the weekends. (I should not share this, otherwise people will start going more 😉) but wait is short, we love the waitresses and hostesses(specially Cassandra and Fernanda). Menu is limited but food is good. They give you little portions of condiments but they can gladly bring you more if you ask for them.
Good place now overall.

Got the chicken mushroom alfredo, and I spent the night in the er with chills and aches and when I talked to the doctor he said it was food poisoning.
Not worth the rough night I had.

Really friendly and attentive staff. Even on a busy night. Restaurant was very clean and cozy. Staff even went out of their way to turn on their Christmas display (a toy train) for some curious children. All food was good but the Brussels sprouts appetizer was outstanding!! We were seated, greeted, given drinks menus all very quickly. Food came fast despite a packed house.
