I asked for a vegan option cause there was none listed on the menu and the young gal working here offered to make me a bowl that was absolutely delicious. A bowl of fried potatoes on a bed of spinach with mixed veggies atop. Not to mention I came in before they were officially open and I was welcomed regardless...very nice!
