“Serving staff was pleasantly attentive and efficient without being intrusive. Grilled chicken sando was probably the most perfectly cooked chicken sandwich I’ve had in my life…. And I’m old. I’ve heard the salad is amazing, but at this stage, fries all the way. Crispy, but tender. Like me. Naturally vinegar is my preferred condiment for French fries, and the white stuff did not disappoint. A dry Rosé from the okanagan complemented the juicy chicken. For dessert My son said the Ube Cheesecake was divine… however I need my potassium, so we shared the Turon & Ice cream dessert special. Featuring fried bananas, brown sugar rolls, caramel sauce on the iced cream and sesame seeds ( toasted in-house ). Nicely presented and frickin delicious… if however they could offer a flambé option I would have gone for it!! Kudos to the Bistro crew. We’ll be back.“
