I loooovvvveeee this truck (s) they appear at festivals and street fairs. Their Buddha bowls are phenomenal and I love their Thai roiibos drink that I emailed them and begged for the recipe! If you see a Dragon Bowl food truck-get some!!
These folks were a vendor at Shambhala music festival I just attended and they saved our lives. Especially my partner, who has a chronic health issue that makes it harder for him to break down fats. These bowls were healthy, nutritious and filling for our long days and nights. Can’t wait to visit them outside of festival time and hoping they come back as a vendor next year.
