The pool renovations are truly unimpressive. The rooms are terribly outdated and the common areas and hallways were in dire need of cleaning. The price does not reflect the tired, dilapidated hotel and pools. Sadly we will vacation elsewhere next time.

I did the "mountain mixology" with Dan and Erin. Dan was incredible made it feels like a personal experience. The drinks were greatd , and the charcuterie board was pretty good althougut small. I would recommend.

We took the Mountain Mixology course with Dan & Erin, this was so much fun! Great vibe and interaction with the staff, drinks were fun to make and the charcuterie was a delicious snack!

I like the vibe at Antlers. It was clean, updated, and the views made the experience a 4 star. It would be nice to have a different menu than the pub, but overall breakfast was good.

Very very slow Simple breakfast order , been waiting over 45 minutes already , still don’t have it. And it’s not overly busy in here . Waitress is very nice .

Terrible customer service. Rooms are outdated. Guest pool is filthy and falling apart. They DO NOT care about their guests. Expect little and a high price tag. Will NEVER return. Sent 2 emails with no response and they will not answer their phones.

Was able to sit in the patio (with aggressive wasps). Same prices and menu as bear paw, with some additions and quieter I had the salmon with Fernie Brewing Huck beer. Salmon was delicious, base of it was meh.

We visited Fairmont Hot Springs July 14-19, 2024. The only positive was our site for our camper was nice. Otherwise, the facilities are old, outdated, and not kept up. The Resort advertises that they have a Pickleball Court, but it is far from a court!! There are no lines for pickleball, the court has cracks and holes everywhere, paint is chipping. The net is not even a pickleball net. There is absolutely no way that anyone can play pickleball on this "advertised" court!

Took forever to get breakfast. I actually thought they forgot. When it arrived, the French toast with banana was amazing. However the hash browns where cold
