10/10 experience staff was very nice and fast service my sub was amazing!

What a disappointing subway. The customer service was terrible, our subway worker acted like they didnt want to be there and was angry at us for being there. He didnt put the right amount of meat, the bread was dry and hard, and he charged us too much at the till initially.

I went to this subway today with my family and friends.
Service was extremely slow, which is actually the least of my concerns.

My husband saw an ant in the tray of onions. He brought it to the staff’s attention, they appeared annoyed and grabbed the ant as well as a few pieces of onion and threw it in the garbage. They then proceeded to use onion from that tray on our sub. He asked for fresh onion from a new tray which also annoyed them. They got him new onion but left the tray of onions that the ant had been in to use for guests after us.

The cheddar cheese was stuck together and they were using a knife to cut it apart. It makes me concerned that the cheese was not chilled at some point and melted together.
Overall I am very concerned with the sanitary standards of this subway and will not eat here again.

Came In to order a sub. music blasting no worker in site. Inspected all the veggies and this place should have health inspection checks. Stay away if you don’t want stomach issues. Bugs crawling on everything looks like they clean everything with their feet.

Spécial mention to Roma, who has given outstanding service to me every time I buy my sandwich! I have a regular customer of Subway since she started working in there. The restaurant is clean whenever she’s around and that is good factor in a food chain or restaurant.

I also noticed that she is the only one who
Works hard in busy or peak hours.

She’s commendable!

Very very bad customer service at this location, No need to go there if you don't have emergency.

I’ve been holding this review for over three months hoping the new ownership would provide a better service.

17th order now and bread is so consistently stale I can’t even take a decent bite of my sandwich, veggies are brown and the staff tonight had the audacity of filling my sub with veggies that were below the catch tray..

Stay away from this location if you appreciate Subway’s sandwiches, this location will literally leave you with a bad taste in your mouth..

The six inch bun was very hard and fell apart easily.

I eat here all the time as a Local and can say that I really enjoy how Nice everyone is and how tastey my Tandoori spice flavoured Subs are!
The New owners have done a great job training New Staff and they make for a real Pleasant Gas and Sub experience! Thanks SO Much for your hard work in making food for our locals and Travellers!

Guy should roll up his sleeves or take off his jacket while prepping food.
Incredibly slow - gave up after 15 minutes trying to get two subs.
Worst subway I’ve ever been to.

I went today November 28 around 4pm I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the store the floor are dirty and the indian girl seems like not in a good mood and rude. Im disappointed about the cleanliness. I always go here and I used to like the store specially with the 2 asian woman because the store are clean and they welcomes you. Now Im not going back because its filthy.
