Food was excellent. Nice take out option if you are staying at the Hotsprings

The first time I came to this restaurant I fell in love. I’m from Alberta, but I come to fairmont once a year. This restaurant has amazing quality and great service. You never have to wait too long, and the food is just spectacular. Not to mention their excellent prices. Definitely worth the drive.

We got take out, took a bit longer to pickup our food. Even though we called ahead and pre ordered. Everything was average, the sunomono is different than the usually one I get. The worst part was I didn’t read the fine print and ordered the salmon tempura roll, and it was only 2 medium sized pieces ?. I enjoyed the miso soup and that’s about it.

Yesterday didn’t give me as much salmon in my Philadelphia roll sushi as other sushi restaurants typically give ? The chef must have been tired.

The best omurice I've ever had and the service was really good!! The takoyaki and sushi disappeared too fast, like in less than a minute (too yummy, we ate too fast) lol

Average, expected better. Food was a bit too oily. Sushi menu was basically not available due to chef being in an accident that week we were told.Small place.

This is place is amazing and worth the drive/wait! I highly recommend their omurice as it was delicious.The service was great as well! Hats off to the chef as they did an amazing job keeping up with everyone's order.The place was amazing, clean and food comes out fresh! 100% recommend making the drive and giving this place a chance!

Awesome sushi spot! We made a reservation last minute and they were super accommodating. The sushi was so amazing, we had to order twice! The waitress was lovely and service was fantastic.
