Probably the best restaurant in the Shuswap. Amazing food and drinks, the energy and ambiance unseen around here and the service from the owner herself was so special and personal and authentic. We enjoyed ourselves so much and we can’t wait to come back after their winter break.

After many visits and happy experiences I am sad to learn that the owners are not following the public health guidelines. It makes one wonder if they follow other guidelines; food storage and prep, cleanliness etc. going forward. As one personally bearing a cost as a result of hospitals overcrowding almost exclusively the fault of the unVaxed, I can not support businesses that do not feel any obligation to the safety of their customers. It is too bad that I have lost a favourite.

One of the best restaurants in B.C.I’ve been to a lot of really fine restaurants over 40 years of dining out but the Rock Eatery is in my top 10 restaurants I’ve been to.The other couple that was with us (there first time here) said “this was one of the best places they’ve been to in a long time”.We’ve been there 6 times now & they always seem to exceed the last time we were there.I would put these guys up against a lot of the other fine restaurants in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Puerto Vallarta or other big city’s we’ve been to.This last time I ordered sticky toffee pudding before our meal (why can’t dessert be before dinner?) and I’m glad I did that.Stevie & Shane…..don’t worry about the “Philips & Andrews” of the world. They can eat at McDonald’s. Karma will deal with “them”.Keep up the awesome attitude and great dining.See you again real soon.Cheers

It was the best dining experience I’ve ever had in BC. I’d never thought I’d get this level of cuisine in a small town like Falkland. Fresh, rustic, farm to table, seasonal. A lot of small details done perfectly. Will absolutely come back this fall.

Where do I begin…I drove well over an hour to try this spot out. I was immediately impressed with the level of service and the warm atmosphere, I felt welcome and comfortable. My partner and I started with the Caesar and Strawberry Rhubarb Gin Sour, phenomenal to say the least. We indulged in Yorkshire puddings, bruschetta and the lemon curry prawns, simply blown away. We have dined at Michelin Star restaurants all over New York and to say this very blunt, this place is at the top of the list hands down. We moved onto more cocktails, the blueberry mule and the Bellini, another impressive round. We shared the Caesar salad and it has officially topped grandmas recipe for the best Caesar we ever had. I even got an extra Caesar to bring home! For the mains we enjoys the beef cheeks and the special of the night which was elk. The elk immediately fell off the bone, I dug into the bone and smeared the marrow on my potato’s, the tenderness was impeccable. Of course we needed to dive into desert to finish the night, Creme brûlée and the sticky toffee pudding was the ultimate finisher. Im looking forward to planning another night to dine here.

An unexpected gem in the middle of nowhere (for us Vancouver folk anyways). We travel our this way fairly often to visit family, and although this isn't the first time at this place (first time was about 2018 or 19) it won't be the last. This time around we did the curbside pickup, and the service was outstanding, and the food delicious. They are currently only doing take out and you must order in advance, so if you are planning on dropping by or driving through do yourself a favour and order ahead. It is totally worth it!

Went to The Rock Eatery over the weekend because I've heard great things about the restaurant and we managed to get a reservation. Stevie was very friendly and easy to communicate with over the phone and the dinner was amazing! I had the Baby Back Ribs, my fiance had the Pulled Pork Sammich and we had a Lemon Meringue Cheesecake to top it all off. Would highly recommend to anyone going through Falkland area in the near future. Food is very moderately priced too and the portions were big!
