So grateful for the awesome lady that made our lunch today, it was fantastic!! Best subway experience I’ve had in a long time. Super friendly and efficient and the food was fresh and delicious!

The new manager / owner needs to relax & breathe. Stop trying to make everyone’s sandwich at the same time. We can all wait two minutes. - Also trying to save a dime by chincing out on a line of sauce, some meat & only giving one napkin isn’t going to boost business. It’s boosting an empty sandwich & a sad customer.
I got given the wrong sauce, a small amount of meat & cheese, plus the sandwiches ended up being under toasted. She also put bacon on mine when I only asked for chicken. She was pushing the garbage down with her gloves after putting meat onto the other folks sandwiches. So I kindly asked her if she could swap gloves before putting veggies on mine.
There were only two people behind me in line. A second gentleman was working, she was telling him what to do the whole time then telling me he’s new. I was there two nights prior when he was the only one working. He was relaxed, did a great job & my sandwiches were normal.
Maybe it’s her need to please & not knowing how to regulate when there is more than one customer. - I’ve been going to this subway for 16 years & haven’t had this poor of service. I really hope she relaxes.

Was on a trip and stopped at this subway. Two young fob Indian guys working. Extremely rude and unprofessional. The food wasn’t fresh and bread was stale. I asked for shredded cheese and the one guy got annoyed and went in the back and grabbed it. The other guy went to warm up my coworkers sandwich and threw the meat of my sandwich on the counter and lids of the toppings before putting them on my sandwich. Me and my coworker both got almost no toppings they put barely anything in our foot longs. Kept rudely talking to each other in Indian. One guy kept telling the other not to put on much toppings. They lucky I was working cuz I wanted to say something but didn’t have time. IT WAS TGE WORST SUBWAY IVE EVER HAD. They shouldn’t be working there.

Overcooked (burned) the nachos. Twice. Asked for a side of meatballs and it was going to cost the same as a meatball sub… apparently there is no button for sides like this. That’s fine but it wasn’t until I asked for the price that this was told to me. Just be upfront about crazy stuff like that. Manager(?) wasn’t thrilled with my existence but the new kid was nice. Feel bad that he didn’t have someone qualified to train him.

The deck was nasty coffee cups that look like they have been there for days tables were thick in dust like haven’t been wiped in a week. I told the staff they said it was the gas stations problem so I told the lady they said it was subway so??? Yuck won’t be going back

This crew was a while well oiled machine on the holiday Monday I came in for some quick food. I was unsure about the length of the lineup, but since there aren't to many places to stop in for food along this stretch. I took my chances with the wait times... And I was in and out so quickly! All the staff were so friendly and efficient and apologetic about the certain items that were out of stock due to how busy their holiday Monday has been. Thanks guys!

Second time ordering from this location using the subway app, staff is friendly and all but they don't following your sandwich order. 4 out 5 sandwiches didn't have cheese on them, when asking for extra sauce they put bare minimum or next to nothing on it, 2 sandwiches were supposed to have avocado which cost an extra $2 per sandwich as well as it was missing spinach. The only reason why I don't order in person is because the app has all the promo codes.

Really liked going to this location for the convenience and atmosphere. Really disappointed about the last visit. The bread was pressed flat and almost completely squished, the sandwich wasn’t cut. Had to ask for extra each time as the toppings were very conservative.
Went to get a sandwich at this location, the tomatoes where soggy, the cucumbers where dried out and the lettuce was brown and not just brown but soggy.The last time I ate there I got sick ,decided to give it another try … walked out with nothing .Told the worker behind the counter that it was unacceptable to be serving rotten food , unfortunately he could not understand a word I was saying , he didn’t speak English or understand ….won’t be going back there ever again
