Second time ordering from this location using the subway app, staff is friendly and all but they don't following your sandwich order. 4 out 5 sandwiches didn't have cheese on them, when asking for extra sauce they put bare minimum or next to nothing on it, 2 sandwiches were supposed to have avocado which cost an extra $2 per sandwich as well as it was missing spinach. The only reason why I don't order in person is because the app has all the promo codes.

Really liked going to this location for the convenience and atmosphere. Really disappointed about the last visit. The bread was pressed flat and almost completely squished, the sandwich wasn’t cut. Had to ask for extra each time as the toppings were very conservative.

Went to get a sandwich at this location, the tomatoes where soggy, the cucumbers where dried out and the lettuce was brown and not just brown but soggy.The last time I ate there I got sick ,decided to give it another try … walked out with nothing .Told the worker behind the counter that it was unacceptable to be serving rotten food , unfortunately he could not understand a word I was saying , he didn’t speak English or understand ….won’t be going back there ever again

I recently visited Subway, near ferry terminal ,and I must say it was an amazing experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and patient while I decided on my order. The ingredients were fresh, and the sandwich was made exactly how I wanted. I love the variety of options they offer—there’s truly something for everyone.
The restaurant was clean, well-organized, and had a comfortable seating area. It’s clear they take pride in providing a great customer experience. Whether you're looking for a quick meal or a healthier fast-food option, Subway never disappoints. I'll definitely be coming back again soon!

This is my second attempt at eating here since I got food poisoning the first time I ate at this location. The first time, the items weren't the same food items that Subway offers, so they were definitely outsourcing to a very off brand that was low quality. All of their lids were open, food contamination everywhere, it was a horror picture. (I own a restaurant) 2nd visit: I thought that enough time had passed to check it out again.... Yes, the presentation of the food was looking much better health wise, though the bread is half the size of the other locations, absolutely stale and over cooked, and they put no toppings on it. You end up with a skinny, hard inedible sandwich that you end up having to throw away.. Buy your Subway at ANY other location than this one. This is my steak sandwich! 🤯

Not sure about these negative reviews about poor service? Its a small location right next to a busy ferry terminal, yes they are busy, get over it karens! Very friendly staff, and the owners are great, as a local i can say that over the years ive become friends with all of them and they are very good people!
I love this Subway location. They are legitimately the sweetest folks every single time I go there. If they are busy, they still go out of their way to give you a nice greeting when you arrive, every time.
The managers or owners at this location are clearly training and treating their staff well.

If I could give less than one star, I would. This Subway is the worst. All of my visits have been the same experiences. The first time I went, it was the same guy as the second time, but the subs were so messy and soggy due to the lack of inconvenience of having a customer to serve and also bread being undercooked. When I looked at the cookies, there were fruit flies inside the stand, and when I said fruit flies, there was at least 20. 🤢🤮 Now, the second time, the guy gave my sub to somebody else, and when I called to let him know, he said it was my fault. I asked to speak with the manager. He told me next Monday. That was 6 days away. Is there not a manager till Mondays? What? He also told me, "That if I wanted my sub, I could come back and make it myself." 🤯 This morning, I decided to try again for a third time. The girl was so rude. She was on the telephone when I arrived and then proceeded to try to make my food without washing her hands first. Then, instead of wringing my order in at the till, she went and started taking bread out of the ovens and the proofer. When I bit into my sandwich, the bread was not cooked fully. Neither one of them put the toppings from edge to edge. They cut off like 2 inches on either side, so it was just 4" bread when I asked for tomatoes. Both of them only put 4 tomatoes. It's a foot long. There's supposed to be 6 tomatoes, then she had some excuse saying, "Oh, we only put the tomatoes from edge to edge." They also made it seem like it's such an inconvenience that They had to make my subs. Hands down best Subway in the Comox Valley is now the one on Ryan Road and Lerwick. Every time I've been there, they have made my sub to perfection, and it has never been soggy or messy, nor have they ever been rude and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them.
