The negative reviews are a little strange, I had one of the best subway visits ever. Its possible they changed management or actually took initiative. Anyways, the girls who were doing our sandwiches were absolutely amazing. Lots of customers in line and they had no issues providing excellent service and delicious food. My only complaint is they ran out of some ingredients but given the location that's to be expected. The resturant was clean and tidy.

I got yelled at for getting in line I was told to stand back and wait until I was called! Absolutely disgusting attitude and customer service. The customers pay your wages, so you should be cordial at the very least! Dirty restaurant and the bread was stale. The Sandwich was thrown together with no care at all! I didn’t eat here, my husband did. I walked away after being publicly shamed by the trashy “sandwich” artist that yelled at me. Where are the health board inspectors??

Really great gas station to visit. I live pretty close to it and its definitely a spot I frequent. Helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff make it one of the best business in the surrounding area. With Denman/Hornby Island ferry terminal using the same entrance, there's always an abundance of people. This is an area on Vancouver Island that is highly underrated. There's a ton of amazing things to do, and with places like this you'll always have a great experience. Come check it out for yourself!

Wow this used to be my favorite subway to go to! Sad to say I won't be coming back this place is a joke I ordered a chicken bacon Ceasar wrap she makes it gets to the dressing part asks me which dressing I want hmm obviously Ceasar dressing....she's like ya we don't have Ceasar dressing like what the hell Hmm u might want to lead with that!!!!!!! Not impressed they're soo cheap with the veggies I had to ask for more more more like get real absolutely sad!!!

Management told them they arent allowed.They will charge for two six inches instead of the footlong and refused to give a refund.They wont give you a bag or napkins unless you repeatedly ask.And I swear the one girl is always zonked out on xanax or something.Management is trying to give you less and charge you more.0/5 stars.
