We were looking forward to our first experience here, but unfortunately, we encountered a short, unkind, and rude LADY server. We requested to be seated outside instead but negatively (while smirking) advised that we can’t. Meanwhile, we saw them seat multiple group of people outside. And I’ve read some reviews here with similar situation. Hhmm weird and condescending.
With patrons traveling from afar, improved customer service is crucial. If there were an alternative nearby, I’d suggest it, but regrettably, there isn’t one. However, the view outside is truly impressive.

Panini is delicious. The view was nice, and I wasn't expecting much, but I was very satisfied. Local data doesn't work here, but being able to use Wi-Fi is a bonus.

I can't say I was actually impressed by this place. It's easily a tourist trap with inflated prices.. such as 4-5$ for a tea bag. The soup was okay but not worth 14$

Vegetarian options: Sandwich ? and pizza are vegetarian ?
Parking: It was easy to get parking park before lake bridge ?
Small menu with a nice variety of options. If you're a picky eater you may want to look elsewhere since there isn't a ton to pick from.
Highly recommend the Margherita Pizza. The fresh mozzarella is a game changer. Wonderful lunch with incredible views of Emerald Lake.
FYI: You can NOT come in just for drinks (must order food as well). I saw several customers get turned away because they just wanted a cocktail. If that's your plan, you're still in luck...just walk a few steps up to the Lodge Bar.

The restaurant is by the lake. We were able to have a drink at the end of the walk on the sole condition of ordering food (dessert is enough). The lady at the reception is absolutely not friendly but the French waiter has clearly raised the level and our point of view on the service!
