Try the meatball curry!! We stopped by for lunch and enjoyed our meal at one of the tables outside with a beautiful view of the mountains. Easy 5 stars. Thanks for the great service!

I was here seven years ago and rated this cafe a four star and said this: "Good food. Excellent service. Quaint atmosphere". I was there four days ago and it's fallen into disrepair, the bathrooms were out of order, the service is poor, and the food is genuinely inedible. I had a reuben pannini sandwich. The bun was stale, it had one thin slice of corned beef, maybe a tablespoon of sourkraut, and it was all drowned in a white sauce that tasted like spoiled mayonaisse. With tip it was a few cents shy of twenty dollars. I ate about one third of it and threw the rest away. It was disgusting. It's a shame because this used to be such a good cafe and I would go out of my way to stop there. It's currently for sale so maybe that has something to do with it. I will try it again when it's under new ownership. Until then I strongly suggest you go elsewhere

The ham cheese sandwich and French fries are worth eating. It's expensive because it's a tourist destination.

Overpriced and overrated: food is bad, service is bad and seating is limited and competitive.

Lovely small cafe with a handful of tables, friendly service and great food. We had the daily curried chickpea soup, veg. Curry and Aussie steak and gravy pie. Everything was very tasty and fresh. Great spot for a quick meal after some hiking

We stopped here by chance on our road trip West, and found a gem. The most delicious food, quick and friendly service and interesting place to stop to learn about the railways through the area.

Attitude of the cashier was very rude.
If the power is gone you can’t buy anything even on cash, they are ready to throw the croissant in dustbin but they will not sell you or they will sell next day stale.
