We had a great experience yesterday at the Truffled Pig Bistro. The prices were higher than expected but the food rose to the occasion. We enjoyed the arancini, the chicken and the salmon dishes. The arancini was small (3 pieces) but perfectly executed and well balanced. Our mains were both tasty and generously sized. The risotto with the salmon was a standout. We sat at a corner table and enjoyed a nice view of the trains passing by which was a nice touch. Our server was well...
Beautiful little restaurant we discovered on our drive to revelstoke. The food they offered had a good variety. The atmosphere is lovely and enjoyed the feel of the restaurant. On top of this, service was fantastic and everyone who worked there was super helpful! I recommend stopping by this little establishment, also beautiful views of the mountains. :)

We have been travelling around Canada and both determined Truffle pigs bistro to be the best restaurant of our trip. Malik was an incredible host and gave us recommendations for our meals, which we followed and were not disappointed. Incredible food at a great price. A must visit!
