Not sure How many times they might have reheated the fries, and or what temperature are they frying. Why would the fries be soggy and not even hot just immediately after opening the food box in less than 30 seconds. Even the fish out of two pieces you could feel one half was not cooked fully and excessively oily. Why would they drizzle vinegar over the fries without asking for it. Complete waste of time and money.
