I ordered a plain bagel with butter — bagel was completely burnt. I waited with my car parked for the order, they forgot my bagel first and then delivered the burnt bagel. I had to drive back and show them, they said I asked for double toasted which was not true. Overall bad service. They weren’t apologetic, instead argued

Just ordered in the drive-through: Ordered a large London Fog and a BLT-bagel - I got a large cup with two teabags and foam no tea, cold. And my bagel had old lettuce that smells funny on it, and egg shells in the egg. :( never had such a bad Tim’s experience before.

Pretty good! I go here pretty normally to grab a snack after practice, the hours work really well for me especially if it’s a longer day!

I often visit this place because it’s close to my home and new, but it seems like they don’t really understand the concept of a drive-thru.
I choose drive-thru because I don’t want to park and get out of my car, but every time they ask me to park in front of the store and wait.
There’s usually no car behind me, so there’s no reason I couldn’t just wait at the window.
One day I asked why, and they told me it’s because the coffee machine is at the front counter.
It feels like they ask customers to park mainly for the convenience of their own workflow rather than for the customers.
This defeats the whole purpose of using a drive-thru.
Someone called me a dumb white boy!!!! Workers were so mean!
