So far my wife and I have tried the potato skins, pulled pork mac n’ cheese, and the cabbage rolls. All have been incredibly disappointing. The potato skins were absolutely flavourless, the only edible part of the mac n’ cheese was the pulled pork, the mac n’cheese part was again flavourless, and the cabbage rolls were also again FLAVOURLESS! seems to be a theme.

Thank you to Aniela’s kitchen that catered my father’s Celebration of Life two days ago. Aniela’s was very accommodating and easy to deal with. Their recommendations were spot on. The food was delicious. Definitely recommend this caterer.

Aniela’s has great options for both frozen (meals, soups, pierogi) and fresh items (sandwiches, salads). The staff are always friendly and accommodating with any restrictions you might have! Keep an eye out for the yearly punch card sales, they are the gift to self that keeps on giving. Definitely recommend :)

Review for Jeanette and Her Team

I recently had the pleasure of working with Jeanette and her team to create a couple of special treats for important events, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience!

For an event at the Lido, I wanted to provide snacks in individual portions, so I gave her a price range and a general idea of what I was looking for. She went above and beyond, putting together a delicious mix of popcorn, chips, candy, chocolate—something for everyone! She even added a cute little birthday cupcake at no extra charge for one of the guests, just because she knew it was her birthday. Such a thoughtful touch! (Sadly, I forgot to take a photo—lesson learned for next time!)

A week later, I had arranged for Jeanette to create individual breakfast boxes for the bridal party on my sister’s wedding day while we got our hair and makeup done. Each box was perfect, with pastries, a breakfast sandwich, yogurt and granola, fresh fruit, Ferrero Rochers, and a bottle of orange juice. It was just the right amount of food to keep us going through the morning and into the afternoon.

Jeanette’s attention to detail, creativity, and personal touches truly made these events extra special. I couldn’t recommend her more highly and will definitely be turning to her for future events!

Saw their “sandwiches” at the coop in town, 24/11/19. Something you’d give to children at a birthday party or an inmate on death row. Some good old white bread, a small piece of lettuce, a slice of cheese and a slice of meat shaved so thin I bet you could see pretty good right through it. I would be absolutely humiliated to sell them myself. Can do much better.

A few weeks ago, I attended an event that Aniela's Kitchen catered. The food was FANTASTIC!! They laid out an incredible spread, and enough food that we were able to take some home for later!! You could sense the caring they put into each and every food item!!

Not only is the food good but the people working there are all friendly and helpful. Jeanette is a lovely lady, I had a conversation with her recently and she's very down to earth and easy to talk too! love this store. 🥰

Aniela's is always there for funerals, donating her time giving platters away, even to communities surrounding treaty 8. So people can focus on grieving or supporting families. Thank u so much!
