Best Western did not honour my reservation the second time. They said it was canceled when it was not. I was in a remote location without cell or internet service and could not have cancelled it. They did nothing to make this right. Their hotel was full and I spent 2 hours driving around town looking for another hotel because the internet was poor. I almost had to sleep in my car. The time before they failed to book us with a dog room even though they had it in their system that we had a dog.

Very clean and modern hotel to stay at, staff is friendly and helpful, breakfast could have been a little healthier. Would stay there again for sure. No highway noise although a little noisy in hallways and when other guests know on doors early in the morning.

We have stayed here before and will definitely stay again when next in FSJ. The staff are friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable. At the end of the day, it was a treat to pick up a fresh cookie on our way to the room.

Very comfortable place to stay. The front desk staff were professional and efficient. It was nice having the restaurant in the hotel. The rooms had kitchenettes and were a good size. Comfortable beds and a great shower.

The lobby was inviting and comfortable. The guest coffee bar was nice to access at any time. The room was clean and spacious. The temperature in the room was comfortable. The check-in staff were friendly and reassuring if we needed any assistance to contact them.

This was an extremely comfortable place to stay. From the friendly check in to the sincere greeting as we live in the morning. 10 out of 10 would stay here again We have stayed T many hotels on this trip and this is by far the best!

The staff were super helpful and friendly; the rooms large modern and clean. Great place to stay in FSJ! The large suites make for a comfortable space, the only thing missing for me was a toaster, but who needs a toaster most of the time?
I stay in ALOT of hotels and I dont normally write reviews, but our stay here was exceptional! My husband, toddler, and myself had to stay here for a month for pregnancy related medical reasons. Our suite was clean, comfortable, well stocked, and quite lovely. However the staff is what truly made our experience exceptional. Every person we interacted with was incredibly kind and showed genuine care towards myself and my family. We left feeling like we were not guests at an impersonal business, but as though we were personal guests in any one of their homes. Not only will we recommend a stay here to anyone that asks, but we have already booked our next stay here. Keep up the incredible work guys. You were amazing!

Great stay at Best Western Plus as usual, checkin was easy, staff was nice, room was clean and bed was very comfortable. This property is always well maintained and I always enjoy the stay. Property is not in the main cluster of hotels which is good for me.

Absolutely disgusting! Ordered on skip and got a burger was supposed to come with a bunch of toppings only came with the patty and wayyyyy to much mayo and the bun was ripped. Hubby got the poutine and the fries were super cold and definitely old and all the cheese was piled in one spot stuck together. If 0 stars was an option definitely would’ve chose that as the rating. Do not eat here unless you wanna waste your time and money????

Waitress was nice, possibly pretty new, after 2 screw ups of the same order for the same person, -seems as though a barrier between cooks and server was possibly the problem, we just took what was given to eat. Extremely small steaks visually and admittedly by the server for the price you pay. Do not recommend if you have another choice
