Might just be the most expensive flight I've had and I've been to most breweries across the Pacific Northwest. The server was sweet but I've never been charged for individual drinks in a flight before. Don't think I'd give this place a go again!

EDIT: the owner of Beard’s contacted me personally about a poor experience at his taproom, explained the situation, and very kindly made restitution, and even took the effort to seek me out in a couple manners to get ahold of me to make it right, which is incredible service.
Very much appreciated, and grateful for that. Also the beer is good. Especially the Bee Sting lager.

Beer is good, they have numerous choices to pick from so there is plenty of ways to please your pallet. Food is kind of a let down sometimes, but I feel it's because they try to gauge what the night is gonna look like when they order Pizza from local pizzerias. They also serve pretzels, salsa and chips and other options as well. The atmosphere is great, lots of room but sometimes need to lean in to others hear what they're saying when chatting.I look forward to my next visit.
For the best beer in FSJ.....it's Beards, the staff here is pretty awesome, they are not fake, they are real people with actual personalities....not like some these other places that have to act like they are told. They are genuinely nice people. The beer is not meh......if you want some of the most flavorful beer....come to Beards.

We didn’t have food (not sure if there’s any available), but the beer was pretty good! We did a flight of everything and enjoyed the Lager and Stout the most. Seems like a local staple. Service was exceptional :)
