When in for my lunch break to grab a smoothie it took them 25 minutes to finally get it to me got in my vehicle went back to work just to realize it was made wrong and not blended what so ever. Went back and got a very rude young lady snapping back at me telling me it was correct. (I've have this same drink many times) very disappointed with the customer service. They also forgot to make my drink and I had to go remind them to make it. Was not welcoming and the young lady looked angry the hole time huffing around.

Went with my boyfriend to get a smoothie for lunch today, it quickly turned into an unpleasant experience and a long wait. It wasn’t entirely on the staff as customers were grabbing finished smoothies without checking if it was there’s but how could they know when the drink orders are whispered out. Our smoothies were jacked by some students and so we had to wait to have ours remade, multiple people got the wrong things, and left with it. I understand the general public leaves much to be desired, but I think it’s important to ensure people leave with the right things especially because of allergies. Staff don’t engage with customers, look mad and either gossip or bicker with each other. They seemed very disorganized and a lot of times I go in I feel unwelcome. Customer service is lacking, but the food itself is good and the place is clean.

Went to Booster Juice at 13h20 on Friday 8 th March.Not busy at all .Two customers sitting and waiting for their orders.Three staff working.Stood at counter for 10 min with absolute no acknowledgement of my presence.Sat down for a further 5 minutes and finally walked out.No gesture from staff at all..Obviously a business on the decline.

I order the same thing at every booster juice. This one is far better quality then the other dozen or more stores I’ve been to and the service is always amazing.
Your website shows you're open at 7 a.m on Friday, you're store sign shows you open at 7a.m yet I get there at 7 a.m this morning and store is not open and no one was even there, I waited........ SHAME on you! No way to run a business, if you can't open on time change your hrs or hire mature reliable people.
