First time being at the new location (I know, it’s been that long). Food was good as always, but this review is mostly based on the service. Amber was our server, and hands down it’s the best service I’ve received in town at a restaurant. I’d recommend this location any day

the worst pizza I ever had After that they stopped picking up the call
It was my daughters 8th birthday, we mentioned it 3 times throughout the course of the time we were there. Food came out fairly quick for dinner rush which was good. But then sat there for 40 minutes after we were done eating waiting for birthday desert and song to which we had to ask for even though we had made it very clear we were there for a child's birthday dinner. And it wasn't even busy anymore. Kinda disappointed with the whole experience and I don't know if we will be back.Not worth the 200$ we spent.

Ordered lasagna and pecan salad. The server looked in the bag and said yes it's all there..I got all the way home and only had the lasagna and chicken.no salad!!!!!!! What were you looking at in the bag????? So shitty service!!

I had a very bad experience in this restaurant, I ordered the fish and chips which I expected a good one, but look at the pictures, the both pieces of fish (I only took the picture of one piece , after I reluctantly had one piece ) very dark and the fish inside were super dry , they must have been fried a couple times…..what a joke to Boston Pizza…
