Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

The classic place to get ice cream. They got ice cream cakes for order here, and packs of buster and Dilly bars for home. Lots of options for food or sweets, fast service.

I just went to the location at 116 st and 84 ave, the time was 9:45 and being a truck driver time is tight. So I have to go inside because my truck is obviously too big for the drive thru, and ordered a burger and the cashier says sorry we are out of food, only ice cream is available. Like c’mon…your not out of food…you close at 10 so food should be available until 10…what a waste of time…will go to A&W next time!!!

Looks like the skip the dishes drivers or the workers are scraping the toppings off my daughters ice cream cake

I ordered a smarties ice cream cake and when the skip delivered it???

The paper bag was not sealed

The plastic container was fully opened

The toppings of the ice cream cake are mostly scraped off

I called to speak to the supervisor ???

The supervisor lil girl started off menstrual having a temper tantrum as asking me what my problem is before I said anything

Didn’t get 1 word in before telling me off

The staff are friendly and do their jobs well.

The food is uniform and of expected quality.

The pricing has become outrageous to a point I rarely come here anymore. 10$ for a medium blizzard is wild to me, but maybe I'm just from a different time.

The manager on the counter named ANN was so mean and racist to us if she did not wish to take our order she should not call us at counter but she did call and ignored us and sent another kid to take our order. I mean I am paying for food I am not getting it for free, the manager for restaurant is always the one who sets example for other people but looking at this one I don't feel her attitude is good towards cx.

I find it funny how they are wearing we flip for fans tshirts and I just watched 15 blizzards go out and not one was flipped, dairy queen has 2 signature rules flip the blizzards and if it falls out you get your blizzard free and the little swirl on top of cones. So if your not flipping your blizzards your over blending them and don't wanna lose money.

Only place I can get a blizzard. Wish they'd bring back s'mores though. Staff are nice, their ice cream treats are as good as they are when I was a kid, prices are expensive and atmosphere isn't special.
