Drive thru girl ripped me off. Sunday afternoon. I get the same thing every time I come noticed the price changed by 2 bucks. Checked the receipt she charged me for a bottled drink & gave me a fountain drink. This is not the first time this has happened. Keep the old girl or that tall boy on drive thru they’re both good at their job & they don’t overcharge

Grateful that we have a KFC in town. Sometimes you don't feel like cooking yet bored with the so many pizza places in town, KFC to the rescue it is ? Descent cleaness, altho to use their washroom, you gotta ask permission so that they can unlock the door for you. Service is always good when it's the young man, he is always polite, likes to chat, and engage in convo with customers, so that's a plus. Inside feels kinda empty, with generic decoration of wall posters, almost kinda boring somehow.

Ordered through the KFC app. Paid for it through the app. Pull up to the window and they tell us we need to pay $4 more. I asked why and they said they didn’t know it was just $4 more. My son was starving or I would have just left. Absolutely zero customer service skills and manager didn’t know if she was coming or going. You’d think they’d give their workers some training on how to do mix-ups but nope. What a joke of a place to work and to eat at.
